001: Catch-All [Text | Video | Action | Voice, respectively]
[It takes a while for the dark-haired man to get his bearings. For him to suddenly be in a new place, disoriented and groggy and with no clue what anything is... it's a little unnerving.]
[But, rather than let himself fall into any sort of confusion or panic, he collects himself. There is a reason he's here, there has to be -- and it is in his best interests to collect as much information as he can. The pamphlet and manilla folder explain some, but not quite enough for him... he might need to work the videophone and ask for advice.]
[Loathe though he is to do so, it is his only choice. Moments later, he sends out a single text.]
Where would military personnel go, in theory, to acquire employment?
[The moment Tao wakes up from her pod, she's all over the videophone like a cat on a mouse -- puns intended -- and attempts to crack it open to get to what she believes is a delicious center.]
[...This leads, of course, to the video coming on just as the Kaka kitten spits the poor thing out. The folder is off to one side, left thankfully undamaged, but clearly unopened.]
Tao's hungry, meow!! I need to find food.
[She perks up a little bit, her ears twitching about before she calls out:] Good Guy?? Lacking Lady??? Scruffy Guy? Helloooooooo~?
[For all intents and purposes, she had to have been dead. The last of Harribel's memory had been filled with the sight of rapidly blooming flowers of ice, an otherworldly chill overcoming her before oblivion claimed her senses.]
[As she rises from the silk-lined pod and takes a look at her surroundings, the Espada shuffles the folder and its contents under her arm, then exits the Bay into the city proper.]
[It reminds her of Karakura Town, a little -- certainly more populated than the decoy town had been, of course, but the similarities remain. There's nothing else for her to do, at present, but to wander.]

[For someone who lives in the 1400s, the concept of a telephone is foreign enough, let alone one that records video. So when Richter finds the device, immediately upon waking up in a strange land—]
—this cursed thing even do?!
[—the vampire hunter's voice comes through, after much fussing over the videophone, with more than a hint of irritation. The sound of splashing water almost drowns out his words.]
[Poor, poor Richter. Seems the poor guy can't grasp technology.]
((OOC: Rather than clutter everyone with separate intros, I've done this! Just mention who you'd like to interact with in the tag subject. <3))
