The Doctor shakes his head, kneeling down to adjust the covers over her, and ducks to kiss her forehead. He'd have to do something about her nutrition, maybe have a word with River and her other friends about keeping her busy. He had a good guess about what was missing that was throwing her off kilter, of course, even if he couldn't really do anything about it at the moment.
