Unfortunately, my opening act has bowed out and-- while I could leave it to the talent agency, I thought I'd give the talented people here a go. If you're interested I'll be auditioning in Attleton University auditorium from tomorrow until the ninth. You'll be compensated for your time.

For those dying to attend, the show is sold out, but I have a few extra gratis tickets that I will give to my niece, Mimi to distribute as she sees fit. [of course he hasn't exactly told her about this yet, but sometimes he does things out of order]

That's fair enough. I'll admit that my genre of music is a tad experimental at best. I'm merging both the new with the old.

[and after about twenty minutes there and ten equivocating outside the door, he comes in, feeling a bit shy oddly, and hovers a bit before sitting at her table, hands folded between his knees underneath it]

I don't know. What can you do? [he honestly doesn't know. Nor what she'd be interested in honestly]

Well whose isn't? Anyway, you're more than welcome to put on a show. Who knows? Even if I can't use you for this there could be something else later on. Like one of those music festival things. Those are still hip, right?
