[Chiaki had felt like she hadn't really been doing an awful lot. Playing video games was fun and all, but she wondered if maybe she could translate that skill into something else, just to try something different and see if perhaps she could do something more.]

This might seem strange but... Can being good at video games translate into something else? [She paused for a moment before going to explain a bit more.] I mean back home I was enrolled in a school because of my talent with video games and I use to think that it wasn't exactly useful in making friends. I was wrong there it can help, but I am just wondering if it can help with other things.

[She is still on the subject of video games regardless even if not the exact same thing.]

Couple more things really? One would anyone be interested in a video game tournament? I'm thinking of running one and thinking of prizes and such for it. It won't be for a while, but I thought it would be fun if people were interested.

[A pause again.]

Lastly, with the Pokemon having come and gone again, I've been thinking about maybe quitting one of the jobs I have currently and instead opening a Pokemon gym in Genessia or something? Would people even be interested in that though? Since I know a lot of people don't like the thought of fighting them.

[The sound of a sigh could be heard.] Maybe it might not be the best idea.

I suppose...you could argue that video games increase your hand eye coordination, and problem solving skills depending on the games you played? Someone I knew had fast reflexes from the games she played.

What kind of games did you prefer?

[She was far from an expert on video games, but she could try to help with what vague concepts she knew.]

I'm up for the gaming tournament. I'm really only good at VR and AR but I could use a crash course in console gaming.

I know my Pokemon want to get stronger actually, so it might be a good idea for a Gym.

Ooh, game tournaments could be fun! Though, uh, you guys wouldn't have the games from my world, huh. So I'd need to learn some new ones.

... Would still be pretty neat, though.

Gala Omega is my favorite, which... I cannot find here sadly, but the type of games I like playing is pretty much any. They all have there fun moments and good story after all.

I can always start you off with something easy to play console wise.

It's not too hard to learn how to play the games in this world. It's actually rather fun.

If anything, depending on the game, it's a good way to expand your reflex. Your reaction timing would be something.

Well, I could help out with figuring the logistics of opening a gym.

Well, I'm sure the principles are the same everywhere, controller layouts kinda tend to standardize really hard over time after all..

I'm not sure I could do something that big. Considering you would need to work with people who work in that field.

It will also help find games you would enjoy.

Yeah, the controllers are pretty simple so it's not to hard to learn how to handle one. But it's also easier to quickly hit the buttons one would need to.

Someone mentioned reflexes before, do they really improve something like that?
