[Video clicks on and shows this cute looking nun, emerald eyes looms over the screen curiously until disappointment washes over his face. So much disbelief.]

Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeh! So is it true? Are we really stuck here as the white hair lady said? But I was busy before....

[Not only he looks like a girl, but talks like one too. His sentence trails off, giving a pout. But then, a thought strikes him! His face lights up.]

In that case! There must be a bounty on the kidnapper, right? Since he's a kidnapper and all. If anyone has any information, please let me know here, okay?

[The thought of it brightens Bridget up happily, brilliant plan Bridget! Way to pass the time. And OH-! His eyes goes big again with another thought.]

I should introduce myself here, shouldn't I. Hello strange world, I'm Bridget. A former bounty hunter that will work as one again to help solve this problem. While I'm working on that, maybe I could work on something else.

Anyone here with some talent? Hey! How about showing it to me here too? Yeah, that should work!

[Action:]

[Meanwhile, Bridget will be leaving the Bay area soon. But before that, he's up on a bench close by riling up people around him. Everyone sees this little nun with a handcuff around his waist like a giant hoop with a large yo-yo. As people gathers, Bridget displays some yo-yo tricks such as 'Walk the Dog' and 'Loop the loop'. He starts with the basic for a while. He even shoots out his yo-yo up high to show how far he can reach, and it's impressive. He also rides on his yo-yo flailing to keep his balance. Some even believes he was about to fall off. For Bridget, he probably was. He gives a bow when the display is over.]

[Ted just happens to be in the audience; one could tell it was him from the too-colorful clothes and the enthusiasm. He claps and whistles at the appropriate times, eyes bulging when he sees him ride a yo-yo. He's almost certain that's not physically possible, which makes it all the more impressive. He'll dutifully leave seven red bills upon request; his favorite number.

Once the crowd thins enough, he approaches.]

That was quite the show, miss! I'd love to know whether that toy of yours is reproducible, and how to use one so nimbly! Goodness, what do they teach you in those convents?

[It's One of Bridget's favorite tricks, ride on a yo-yo like a a pair of skis on water. Bridget spots the colorful man. It makes him wonder if Ted is a talent individual or... just likes to be colorful, it's hard to tell. He accepts the bills happily.]

[Later on, he turns around when called by Ted, biggest grin on his face. But once again mistaken gender hits hard which turns his grin to a frown, puffing his cheeks.]

I'm not a miss!

[Stating this loud and clear.]

Nothing really, I learned all that myself mister. [He holds his yo-yo up to shoulder length like its a treasure.]

This is one of a kind and it has helped a lot too. I got it from my village before I left.

Oh! Beg pardon.

[Could've fooled him!]

Er, how old are you, then?

[Cause that is some weapons-grade androgyny on display. Speaking of weapons...]

Ah, 'tis its own genus, eh? More's the pity. Well, it's a marvelous invention just the same; suppose reproduction would be a touch vulgar.

[Something about his vestments caught Ted's eye, and he's slowly pacing around the young wo man.]

Was this village of yours very pious? I can't help but notice all these crosses you've got.

[So much huffing and puffing. He should be used to this.]

My father got it for me. I added some things to it for bounty hunting and stuff. I'm really glad how it turned out. But don't worry mister, only a person who knows yo-yo with a bit of magic can be used properly.

[He smiles, so proud of himself. Just to say. And woah, feeling unconformable when Ted decides to pace around him. He even shy away and blush a little, it's weird okay!]

I'm twelve years old. But... [He twiddle his fingers and yo-yo.] the date is all wrong here so I don't know if I should be thirteen or stay as twelve. It was almost October so I guess I'm still twelve.

Pi...ous? Oh! You mean my dress? [He points to himself, then presses his cheek with his index finger.] My mother picked it out for me. I think it's really cute.

[Sorry Ted, that passed over his head.]

Haha, yes, that would be the only other possibility. A shorter hair length would, doubtless, clue one in to that salient fact.

[Magic yo-yo's? Cheater! His shoulders droop a bit as yet another possibility is denied him. Phooey.]

That's...quite the profession for one so young. What made you go in for that?

[Yikes. Also worrying is that he's into..."cute" things? ]

[And now he notices his waist.]

[Ted Please! And NO, not magic yo-yo.]

Well... [He scratches the back of his head.] To help with the family and make money and stuff.

[Which is true.] But I finished that so I'm trying to be an entertainer. Hey Mister, do you have a talent?

[Yes, cute! He still thinks like a girl, sometimes. Ahh, questionable look at that last part.]

Eh? Why do you want to arrest me? Did I do something wrong?

More's the pity; long tresses can't help but buttress beauty.

[He breathes a small sigh of relief. Children going into that dangerous kind of work--never mind how often they succeed--gives him hives.]

A noble enough motive. Thankfully we live in as post-scarcity a world as you're likely to come by, and such desperate careers need not be undertaken.

A talent? Eheh, well, none that I know of. I, ah, take to that profession myself, if you can believe it.

[Even if he really doesn't look the part. Does that make him a hypocrite?]

Looking nice isn't that bad. Everyone have their own preference. Why do people make a big deal what others wear anyway? They're not wearing it.

[Don't mind Bridget twirling a lock of his hair. He doesn't get what's this guy's problem is.]

Yeah! It looks and seems nice here, even if its a different world. But I can't stay out for too long, I need to go home and check on my folks.

[A smile brightens up as he claps his hands together happily when he questions 'talent'.]

Uh huh! [But then he tilts his head to one side curiously.] So... you have a talent, but you don't know what. [Yeah, that's what he got from that.]

Hmm... [Index finger presses on his chin.] That sounds complicated.

Oh! You mean this? [He swings the handcuff around his waist.] I suppose that's one way. It also helps me with my tricks.

Like this! [He tosses his yo-yo up high, about eight to ten feet high. As it comes falling down, well... Bridget's expression changes, now worry! He looks at Ted flailing.]

Um--Step--!!

[One incoming falling yo-yo ready to drop on Ted. Like a hard rock.]

Perhaps because the Lord detests confounding clothes between the sexes.

[Though, for all the biblical severity, Ted sounds as breezy as ever. ]

Aheh, some, perhaps, are not talented any which way. Yours is very entertaining.

[Pleased to see another piece of the performance, his eyes follow the ascending toy.]

It ascends to heaven! Doubtless, like Lucifer, it shall desc-

[He doesn't finish that sentence before the yo-yo finishes him, striking him on the temple and sending him down with it. The sound it made was flat and full, just like the manner in which he's spread upon the ground. Does being hard-headed count as a talent?]

[Bridget had to close his eyes when he heard the impact. After the damage is done, he peeks and sees poor Ted on the floor and his yo-yo rolling away from him. He picks up the yo-yo and clamps it with both hands before giving a bow of an apology.]

Sorry mister. It wasn't suppose to be like that.

[He makes a quick recovery, resuming a casual, conversational air as though he were not laid low by a toy.]

Aheh, I should hope not. I'm glad you saved that trick until after the performance, for I doubt the audience would've appreciated it.

[Don't mind Bridget surprise seeing that quick recovery like 'oooohhhh'.]

Yeah, still working on the timing. It's suppose to hook to the front since it's pretty big to fit in my pocket.

[Still scratching the back of his head, welp.]

[He will take ~~her~~ his word for it, knowing very little about things as complicated as battle yo-yos. Now he just has to see the teddy bear and his head will melt.]

Practice makes perfect. Ah, that reminds me: one talent, if one could call it that, I've in abundance is the ability to walk people from hither to thither. If you like I could show you to the Children's Home; doubtless the others of your age would be doubly impressed with your performance.

[Ash fished out some red bills and handed them to Bridget.]

How'd you learn to do all that?!

[He happily accepts them. And yay, a boy. Cause he really needs to hang out with his gender.]

Toss it downward, and then flick your wrist to bring it back up. Don't worry if you don't get it the first time.

[Teddy bear of doom, perhaps next episode.]

Eh? So are you some kind of guide then? Hmm, I dunno. I kinda want to make money like this first, then be able to do charity when I got a grip on this. Last time I did something like that I had to demonstrate in front of an army.

[Not to mention they paid pretty good.]

[He really should've guessed that he had not yet begun to scratch the surface of the disturbing things Bridget got up to. Child soldier! Maybe!]

Practice makes perfect. Just because you didn't get it the first couple of times, doesn't mean you can't do it. Once you get the basic done, everything else seems easy.

[Demonstrate, possibly recruit him, stuff. Fun future stuff. And what's wrong with Ted.]

Long as they don't need to fight, it should be fine. I don't mind showing off how fun yoyos are and stuff. Thank you very much Mr. Ted, I'll keep that in mind.

[Ash looked at the yoyo, swinging it a few times.]

It is? Why's it supposed to be heavy? Does it make it work better?

[Well gosh, if that was it than Ash really did need to practice!]

Actually, I use it more as a weapon, but it keeps your arms strong. I did bounty hunting for a while.
