Remilia just happened to be in the area when she heard someone yelling... so naturally she went to investigate.

And she knew Flandre was in the area, so... she wanted to make sure no one got 'squeezed.' It's a pity her parasol slows her down.

As she descends (like Mary Poppins, y'all), Flandre wasn't to bee seen, but there was someone who was clearly new. And perhaps drunk, if the way she was walking was any indication.
