What: Lucky takes Arelen out drinking after her enforced birthday party at Cassian and Kay's.
When: Late night on Arelen's birthday
Where: Nova City, at a bar near Lucky's apartment

[As soon as eight o'clock rolled around, Lucky was at the bar by his apartment, perched on a stool and keeping an eye on the door as he sipped his beer. He had no idea when Arelen was going to be able to get away frm the party she was being forced to go to, but he was only limiting himself to the one drink until she did because he didn't want to get too wasted beforehand. Shaking his head when the bartender asked if he wanted a refill, he tapped his foot along with the music as he watched the door.]

[Arelen stretched as she walked to the bar, checking her reflection in the window of a shop she passed by, reapplying some light lipstick before approaching the door. Now that the not-as-bad-as-she-thought-party was over, she was ready to actually celebrate. She entered the bar and with a confident sort of air about her, sauntered to where the person she spoke with earlier was sitting, casually just taking a seat next to him.]

Bartender, cognac, no ice.

[She smirked at him as her drink was given to her.]

Nice to meet you in person, Lucky. [She raised her glass] Let's celebrate the right way. [And took a sip, letting the alcohol burn down her throat.]

[And there's the grin as he finally waves down the bartender for a refill.]

So how'd the party go?

If you haven't met them yet? Don't get involved with Cassian and K-2SO. They even had their pokemon do a little dance thing. [She took another sip and shook her head.]

The only good thing was being able to see Demyx, but it's not like he cared it was my birthday or not. Whatever, I don't care.

[She grinned and rested her fingers against her cheek, eyeing her date for the evening.]

Well...

[Lucky rested his elbows on the bar and looked thoughtful.]

It had been under control of this evil group called Jark Matter for over three hundred years. But my friends and I finally killed their leader a couple of months ago.
