As his own wings slowly recuperated, he watched with grim happiness the torture he was causing to the demon. He delighted at every twitch of the demons body. He enjoyed every haunting scream. But no one could save the demon. No one.

So he watched as the demon started his descent into the cold dark pavement which was brimming with flames. Lucifer clipped his wings back after they slowly regenerated and laughed eerily at the demise of yet another foolish hero.
