Cat's Eye Cafe isn't bad if you're around Genessia City. Obviously it's not a specialty store or anything, but if you're in the area it's better than nothing.

Perfectly decent. Whether that owes to its own make or the surrounding scenery I can't say for certain.

[But then he's not much for critical reception. "Good" and "not to my taste" are as discriminate as he gets.]
