[The video cuts on, the phone angled up to show Azura from the waist up, like it's been set on a table. Her arms are folded in front of her, resting lightly on the aformentioned table.]

I'm not certain this is the best place to ask, but I'm looking for employment. I'm a songstress, but I have other skills I can utilize also. If you know of anything that might be suitable, I'd appreciate the help.

[She lifts a hand to tuck some hair behind one of her ears, glancing off camera for a moment.]

I don't want to be too picky, but I am not afraid to turn down inappropriate offers.

[Grocery shopping is unfortunately something that everyone has to do. Azura though, rather finds she enjoys it. Right now she's paying particularly close attention to the selection at a vegetable stand. Unfortunately it's enough attention that a thief feels emboldened enough to cut the strap of the coin purse she's using.]

...Stop! [she shouts, not quick enough to grab at the fleeing thief. The vegetables she'd been holding tumble to the ground, her hesitation lasting only a moment before she tries to chase the thief down.]

Stop, thief!!

[Hot, hot, hot, she couldn't take it! Hana tried to walk down this city but this heatwave was killing her. She hopped towards the grocery store when out a thief popped out...followed by the cries of 'Stop'!]

[Her eyes flashed, and Hana turned into her dragon form to bolt after the person and lounge at them. The thief's body hit the pavement, as Hana's fur rolled up, pinning the person to the ground]

Stay where you are...what do you have that's not your's..?

[She snarled down, immediately feeling the gazes around her. Not everyday where you see a dragon in the city. Hoo-boy..]

[ Ayame just arrived back to Genessia, so buying some personal necessities is a must as she gets reacquainted to this world again. While she's busy looking at some drinks, her senses caught Azura's plea for help that got her to perk up. Looking at the fleeing criminal, Ayame sighs and puts an arm out to casually clothesline the crook and catch the purse with her other hand. Seeing Azura following behind, Ayame holds the purse out to it's rightful owner ]

I believe this is yours. Oh, one second-

[ While the perp is flat on the ground, Ayame sees the cut off on the strap. Now that's unacceptable, so with a gesture of her finger, the strap is mended together again as if nothing happened. ]

There, good as new. I couldn't let it stay damaged, it's a cute purse.

[ She briefly smiles, giving Azura a reassuring nod ]

[It is a short lived chase, most likely. Because only a couple of stands ahead a fist comes out through the crowd directly into the thief's face, knocking them out instantly while Ikki keeps examinating the products the stand is offering.]

I'll take around one kilogram each of salmon and tune. Just one block, I'll prepare the rest myself.

[He only looks down at the thief to make sure that he's down and that whoever was screaming catches up.]

[you know, the whole singing thing. She's smiling, somewhat mischievously.]

Ah... [Azura's already slowing to a stop in front of the now prone thief and the man who knocked him the fuck out (and didn't even pause in his shopping to do so)]

[Azura had honestly not expected much help, but here she is, standing in front of a very generous stranger with her purse not only returned but mended as well.]

Thank you, I'm not certain I would have caught up with him.

[She takes a closer look at Ayame's handiwork, rather impressed that it looks as though her coin purse was never cut at all.] Amazing...

[Azura, however, does not seem bothered by Hana's sudden draconic appearance. Once she catches up to Hana and the now prone thief, she settles a hand on Hana's shoulder, dragonlike as it may be.]

...Thank you, but be careful.. I wouldn't want to see you hurt. [she's gonna lean down and grab her purse from the theif, who is understandably more concerned by the dragon currently pinning him down.]

I-I didn’t know it was professional! Your singing!

Not that the quality isn’t professional level just

I don’t know.

Maybe you only sang to dragons!

[She laughs, the sound airy and light.]

I'm just teasing you a little. But thank you, for the compliments. [a pause] I had no idea you were a composer. I would like to hear your music sometime.

I don't see why I should have, they didn't seem to hold back from stealing.

[And he has actually been through enough stealing attempts in a marketplace to not let that bother his own shopping even as he stops them.]

It's okay, they most likely went unconscious before registering any pain, and they won't be back until it passes. Do they still have what you got stolen? It wouldn't be weird for those types to work in pairs and pass the stuff so one acts as a decoy.

[And he is turning pink from her laughter. Gosh, he feels stupid...!!!]

Well! Maybe you will get to.

I'm not certain. [She hadn't looked yet, actually. She has to admit that her attention had been on the man who straight up knocked the guy out. She hesitates a moment, then crouches down to shift through the thief's belongings for her purse. Hm.

....ah.]

Here it is. [she opens it up, and unfortunately it's empty. Her relieved expression turns into a subtle one of annoyance, golden eyes expressing more of the frown than her actual lips are.]

[She thinks you're adorable, Uai. She's not meaning to laugh AT you.]

I would love to sing one of your songs. It would be an honor, Uai.

[Ikki bothers himself with getting his order and paying while the woman checks for her belongings. When he looks at her it's not hard to see that even though her purse has been found not all is fine.]

Taking out the contents and keeping the purse, I'll give it to them, they are smart enough. How much is gone exactly?

[His eyes start to scan around even as he speaks, expanding his energy to check for those who may be nervous or alert somehow. There is still a chance for them to get everything back.]

All of what was remaining. [She stands up, tucking the purse into her dress somewhere, before looking back at Ikki]

Thank you for your help anyway. It was kind of you to step in when you didn't have to, it's just unfortunate that they managed to pass the money off before hand.

[She's disappointed, but she'll figure something out. There's no sense in endangering someone for money that she can get more of somehow.]

Alright, I would rather enjoy that. When are you free next, Uai? I have no appointments for the next week, so the only think limiting us would be your schedule.

[When Uai first hears Azura, he’s more surprised to recognize her voice. He had been trying to pick groceries to spoil Hana, so this is a true dielemma. Azura’s purse or Impressing Hana with an elaborate meal??

Azura should count her blessings.

He turns his head to observe her situation briefly, fortunately being quick enough to connect “stop thief,” with the purse holding stranger darting away. Without needing to call attention to himself, he decides to step down to the third dime soon and effectively stop time. When time “resumes,” Uai has the purse and is standing some distance away. He puts out his arm to stop Azura as she passes.]

I hope this is yours, or else I’m the thief now.

You don’t need to check up on me like I’m some kid.

[Because he has done nothing to repair his soul! He has only made it worse by inviting Hana to live with him.]

I only work in the afternoons. My mornings and evenings are free. I’m happy to make room in my schedule for you.

I admit, I haven't been here long and I might be biased, but there is a talent agency that takes in all types of talent and helps them get work around the cities.

[He didn't know of businesses who hire singers just yet because he had really no honest reason to want to find out.]

[Unfortunatelly Ikki doesn't think the same. He has been on the other side, when stealing was the only option he had, and he had been caught several times and gotten away many others. He survived both things, whoever is behind this will survive this too, specially since he has no intention of bringing them to "justice".

Can never be sure with anything in Genessia. She sees Azura's expression while she inspects the repaired purse. Something about it just looked pure and heartwarming. With a soft expression, she asks Azura: ]

So where were you before he decided to take your purse? He might have friends lurking around somewhere around here so I'll accompany you for a bit.

[ Libra's out grabbing a few things himself, and is looking at some prices when he hears Azura's voice call out. Luckily, he was in the path of the thief, and grabbed them by the shirt as they tried to run by. ]
