[ There's a figure wandering around the cities dressed in all black. It's hard to distinguish what gender the person is from appearances alone, especially from what they're clad in. However, those who are more supernaturally aware can definitely tell that they're not exactly human.
Occasionally, the figure will stop to observe her surroundings while still clad in her black robes. She's been here for a few days already, but she hasn't had a need to go out until recently.
Hunger is a great motivator, unfortunately.
She'll continue walking, if only to get her mind off of the fact that she's getting hungrier the more that she stays here. ]

[ Her face is obscured, but her eyes are slightly piercing through with a brief red glow. ]
...If...someone needs blood, where...would one go for it? Is it readily available at a bank?
[ She's gone a couple of days without blood, but she's trying to not let the hunger color the tone of her voice. ]
