[Without anything obscuring his vision, Kyoya's able to take a more thorough look at where they are, at the structures incorporated that would seem a far-flung dream except that they're right in front of him. Some of it rooted in what he knows, much of it seemingly torn right from the pages of fiction and all of it very much directed to facing forward and demonstrating the full extent of progress made here.

It seems they cater to all tastes here, at least. As to be expected for such a vast city. Though I imagine it will be some time before I can fully avail myself of any of it. Frittering away a stipend does not strike me as the wisest move I could make.
