[Did you subscribe to The Genessia Tribune? Did you even remotely wish you had a newspaper or some other form of media to refer to for news, weather, and current events? Then you're in luck! There's a paperboy riding through the streets of Genessia flinging newspapers onto doorsteps or, if you're unlucky, through your window. Even remote locations in the other cities will still get a paper if one of the residents ever wanted one. The Paperboy is just that dedicated.]

Bounty Hunting PSA: Register For Your License in Nova City
The Nova City Guardian's Office would like to remind any new and current bounty hunters that if you wish to seek out work in Nova City, then you must have a registered license to do so.
Turning in your first bounty in Nova without a license will not warrant any action, but the bounty hunter(s) must register for a license at the time of turning in the quarry. If you refuse to register and proceed to seek another target in Nova, you may be subject to heavy fines or jail time.
Registering takes little time and must be done at the Guardian Skyrise. Please be sure to register through the proper channel to avoid any legal trouble.
As our reporter was leaving the Skyrise, Guardian Reinhardt was heard stating, Quote- "Stop breaking the law, a------s."
GCPD Expansion
The GCPD will be implanting a Cyber Division into the police to help deal with computer and other digital related crime within the city. It’s done in an effort to expand the scope of the types of crimes that the police force is able to deal with and is being done under the direction of the Guardian of Genessia City, David Haller. A base of operation for the division is currently being established near the main GCPD building.
The division is expected to be fully operations early next month. Enis Edrin, Deputy Guardian of Genessia City and technology specialist, will oversee the division as well as train any new recruits to the division.

Kidnapped Doctors – At least four doctors have been kidnapped over the week. A culprit hasn’t been named in the case, but a level 1 payment is being offered for their capture and the safe return of the doctors.

The Slayers – A trio human women calling themselves the Beauty Butchers are responsible for multiple deaths inside of Everglade. Deaths attributed to them have been typically supernatural creatures in origin.
Constance - Adept in Holy Magic. When channeling her magic, her presences is practically toxic to unholy creatures.
Isabelle - Craftswoman as well as long range specialist. She has forged silver into many weapons and is responsible for piercing the hearts of at least three werewolves with her arrows.
Marguerite - Close range specialist. High adept in combat with close ranged weapons, especially swords. Beheads their defeated targets.

Tome Hunters – A series of assaults have taken place in Fayren to facilitate the theft of ancient tomes. While there doesn’t appear to be anything scientific about the tomes, they are rare or one of a kind and can fetch a high price to the right buyers. Novel Idea – Two people have been murdered over the last week. Both murders were done and staged in a direct style to a murder mystery novel series. [Since the puzzle doesn't require him to show his work, he doesn't, but here's the process: Separate the coins into three groups of 8. Weigh two of those groups against each other. If one is heavier, the heavier coin is in that group, if they are the same, the coin is in the group you didn't weigh.
Separate the group of 8 coins the heavy coin is in into groups of 3, 2, and 3. Weigh the two groups of three coins against each other. If one is heavier, the heavier coin is in that group, if they are the same, the coin is in the group of 2.
For the final weighing, weigh one coin against one coin. If the heavy coin was in the group of 2, the heavier coin is the heavier coin. If the heavy coin was in a group of 3, then either one of the coins will be heavier and is the heavier coin, or the two coins will weigh the same and the heavy coin is the coin you didn't weigh.]

Title: The Ghost Of The Musical Review By TK

Our of sheer curiosity and in part because of a writing assignment I decided to take a look at the parody musical called 'The Ghost of the Musical' which is a parody of 'The Phantom of the Oprea' for those who might not know.
As the first scene rolled around I was not sure what I was expecting when Carlatte played by Mother Brain came on stage to start the whole thing off. In all honesty, I was probably expecting something that wasn't what was actually shown. A lot of the time it seemed like the actors were doing their own thing. People were falling asleep, at one point I am sure I saw a light nearly hit someone, a lot of hamming up the scene, I am pretty sure at one point you could smell sewer water, some bears of some kind also a mention there. Basically, it was a show one really should not take at all seriously.
Some performances I admit were done rather well special mention to Ai Mikaze, Graverobber and the Nova City Guardian Gale Reinhardt who pulls off the look well all the most outstanding. For Kaoru Hitachiin it was obvious they were new to this certain style of performance but got a little more confidence towards the end, so he comes across more a someone to watch out for.
Junko Enoshima and Graverobber trying to out-ham each other was a thing of perfection. An enjoyable thing to watch.
Overall the show was a train wreck for the most part, but the people seemed to want to do there best in their own way. It would have been something I would have said go watch if you need a good laugh, but the building it was shown in burned to the ground. it was rather weird actually.
