4th Despair // [anon video]
[The setting: the outskirts of Attleton, somewhere in or around the abandoned theme park. It's hard to tell, for how tightly the frame focuses on one specific building. It's a generally nondescript building, certainly not something that would hold any real interest to anybody.
Unless it were on fire. That might do it. That possibly is doing it, given that the building is indeed currently ablaze - and from the looks of it, there were people in and around the building who were caught out by the flames.
One in particular may catch the eye, particularly for those who have noticed a particular missing presence around Genessia of late. The woman's face is not visible from the shot, but the physique looks about right, she has the appropriate long red hair and is even clad in clothing which has, or at least had, belonged to one Orihime Inoue.
As the feed zooms in it gets a little jittery, and for those with sharper hearing there's an unsettling screech below the ambient sounds of the fire. Then, with a suddenness that's clearly deliberate, the feed cuts to black.]

For the last shot - if anyone is familiar with the Dangan games, it's evocative of the body discovery shots from that.))

Action for Genessia and Attleton
[47 is tempted to head out to a tall building he already knows offers him a good view of the city. Sneak past any security, pick the lock of the door leading to the roof stairs... nothing he hasn't done before, and literal child's play to the master assassin. But no, that would take too much time and possibly attract attention. So he sends out Mew and Chatot instead, instructing them to fly over the city and report back to him if they see any smoke or fire.]
Attleton:
[Attleton he doesn't know as well. The moment he steps through the gate, he sends out his Pokemon again with the same instructions. With them sent out on their mission, he starts looking for a tall building to use as a vantage point... or any sirens or panicked people to follow.]

Watching the video, helpless, he shoves his phone down and the sick taste in his throat before shutting his phone off entirely. He only thinks enough to act. Tremoring hands reach for his grenades and gauntlets and he puts them on without bothering with the rest of his uniform. He can't believe that's Orihime. He won't, because why couldn't Orihime heal herself? What kind of stupid power would let you save everfuckingone else but not-
He has to confirm it. That screeching hasn't stopped. It's so obnoxious, getting under his skin
He punches a hole in his wall, appeasing the shitty noise. He doesn't think when he leaves Fairy Haven, taking to the sky like an errant, angry fireball as he reaches Attleton's shitty abandoned horror zone faster than ever. If he thinks he'll feel, and if he feels he won't be able to kill the person responsible. He just acts.]

[But her ki isn't flaring and she's not yelling, so at least her temper isn't flaring to the point of impairing her judgement.]
Those poor people need to be rescued.
