So... I've been here a while and I am still trying to be exact about this one question I have and I would like people to enlighten me.
What are the exact differences between a mayor and a Guardian? I assume one is more along the lines of protection while the other isn't, but are there other differences beyond that? Are they consider like the highest ranking type job?
[Baldur had his reasons for asking such questions.]
I would like to learn as much as I can before I get bored. [And by bored he means before he causes more bad luck to people. Nothing major just tiny things.]
Action; Genessia
[At the library in the evening and night Baldur was working, though by working that usually mean he was reading a book or causing some poor unfortunate soul to drop a huge pile of books they were carrying just by lightly nudging them and placing bad luck on them. He was even lucky in the fact that one might have even lost their wallet.
So Baldur moved to pick it up and going to put it in the lost and found before resuming reading whatever book he was this evening.]
Action; Everglade
[Baldur was looking around. This place was bothering him in some way and he couldn't quite put his finger on why exactly. Was it the fact fear wasn't a rament as it was back home? Everyday was a fight for survival but it didn't feel like it here even though he felt like it really should be. With that in mind he was slowly starting to form an idea in his head, but it required a couple things. One was for some victims, the other was for Memo the person he was making sure to feed peoples memories now and again.
Really the idea makes that job seem a lot more interesting to say the least. So for the moment he was just quietly watching people going about thier day and looking at his phone. He was planning on sending a message to memo simply stating:
Underling, report to me at once, got it?
Once that was done he looked up from his phone before walking over.]
Excuse me, can I have a moment of your time? I have a question.

What is it?

[Basically it is the reason he is asking.]

[It was simple enough at this point. It gives him the idea of what might or might not be needed to be done later on.]

No, not really.

[It was very important investigation he was doing, mostly so he knew what his next goal was to be while he was here. While it is fun to simple just give people bad luck that isn't what his family would want back home, at least that much he thought he was sure of.]
action; everglade
[Red reaches a hand up to pet the Pikachu on his shoulder as he says this, who lets out a happy "Pikaaaa~"]
I go to dangerous places all the time anyway, so. I'm kind of used to it.
[Not to mention he's currently living in a cave in the Fayren mountains where he has to fight off monsters every single day. Danger has become part of his normal routine, not just since he started living in mountains here or back home, but since he started his Pokémon journey three years ago, really.]

[He didn't know really much about Pokemon after all as he wasn't around when they were a thing.]
Guess that's a new bit of information for me.
