[One would think from the unruffled way Bakugou looks into the camera that he never left, but he's just as grumpy as ever.]

This place is just as much of a cesspool as when I left it. I can't say I missed being here. But since I'm back I'll be blunt: I'm running for Guardian, but this time I've decided why not go all the fucking way and will be running for Genessia.

Better step up your fucking game, Pink Cheeks.

[His mouth twitches, but so do his eyes. Either he's trying to hold back a grin, glare, or both.

[If this was a few months ago, Satou would have probably yelled back at him. Something like:

"BRING IT THE HECK ON!"

But that's not what happens. It's been so long since she last saw him that she's confused and dazed at first. Satou wipes her eyes, trying to keep her emotions in check. She thinks she's cleared her tears and put on a brave face when her video turns on, but she's failed that so hard. Satou is a crying wreck.]

And someone sounds like he's spoiling for a fight. You're gonna have to do better than insult my looks though.

[He's about to scream at her, but he pauses and just stares at her. Friends who missed them...it makes his chest pang a little. His lower lip wobbles but he grins and shouts.]

Listen, Bakugou: Girl isn't used to people disappearing and coming back. She's too accustomed to the idea of people leaving her for good. And her last bestie is dead.

Satou really thought that she would never see him again. It's hard to reverse her attempts to grieve, and it just leaves her a confused mess. She doesn't want to be a mess, so shoves her grief aside before taking off.

She rubs her face more as she sometimes walks, sometimes runs, to the Bay. It'll take her around twenty minutes, but she'll be there.

Now smiling and pretending she's not broken up emotionally.]

[This week has been quite the emotional roller coaster. People she was very fond of disappeared, but in this same week, her father's here and Katsuki's back. So she replies with a big smile on her face.]

He nearly jumps when he hears her voice, his head snapping up and eyes wide. She's smiling.

The debates are in a few weeks, I can't afford to waste any time.
