Mayu arrives in simpler clothes than many other guests. It's simply a dress shirt and slacks. His Zangoose is practically dragging him along. The loss of his friends is weighing on him.

He makes an offering at the shrine, and spends some time meditating.

He pets the animals whenever they approach him.

To anyone he knows well enough he asks, "May I hug you?"
