[Action for Albus.]

[He sends a message via Patronus. The Phoenix seems extra proud, preening and displaying his ghostly feathers as if he is in the midst of...a mating dance?]

Albus, meet me in Fayren forest at our last camp site.

[Gellert's voice gives nothing away. At said site, magic has transformed the land. Balls of flame in red, orange and gold line the perimeter and, interestingly, in the center, there is a...nest. A large bird nest.]

[Gellert is nursing burned hands, but trust him, it is so worthwhile.]

I adore Fayren Forest. There really is nothing like it! [It's a place of dream fulfillment for him, at least.] I need good suggestions for wine. I'm fairly easy to please where alcohol is concerned, but others surely have a more discerning tongue.

You can't go wrong with of Torchwood's blends, by our very own connosseiur for any discerning or even the most alien of tastes! [Finger guns and a wink!]

Alright, I'll give them a try. [He does give her a small frown at the description "alien tastes". Well that's...interesting?] I think something sweet would be nice.

[The message Albus receives is curious, for sure, but also quite intriguing. What could Gellert have in mind this time? He doesn't question it, only doing as he is told and Apparating to the grounds, unsure what to expect.

And then, when he arrives, there is the immediate dance of flames...and inside, something he has heard tales of, something he has read of in books, but something he had only ever dreamed of seeing. His eyes light up as soon as he spots it, a surge of delight and hope searing his chest as he glances about, looking for Gellert while glancing back at the center of the ring with something like wonder.]

[Gellert is perched on a tree limb behind - and above - Albus. He grins at the expression he sees on the other man's face upon spotting the nest.]

I know you're eager. [He leaps down and slips by Albus, summoning a red flame and a gold flame to him. Gently, he plucks one egg out of the center of each flame and carries them to the nest. He lays them in the midst of the feathers and other forest debris that make the nest before motioning at Albus to come closer.]

Two chicks, on the verge of hatching.

[Albus watches, enthralled and overwhelmed by everything he's singing. His gaze dances with delight and anticipation, and he follows Gellert closer with something like awe written across his face.]

Where did you find them?

If you don't mind me asking, just what are you looking for in a wine? My vintages are currently sold by Torchwood and the variety I've managed is quite extensive for both human and non human tastes.

[Don't mind her eyeing up his burned hands.]

So, you come to the forest and don't say hello? Gee Thanks Gellert.

[Pause.]

Now what the hell did you do to your hands?

Deep, deep in the forest. A pair had a nest brimming with eggs - it must have been a good season for them - and I didn't really have the heart to take all of them. [So he settled on two.

However there is something else positioned between the eggs. A small black box.]

That's for you. [Inside is the ring he designed for Albus, complete with its own phoenix and a sunstone.]

I would like a sweet variety; one that will pair well with desserts. [Because it's about Albus and him and Albus is the only one that feels strongly about a certain type of food.] I think the gathering I have in mind might have more desserts than true dinner fare, actually.

I'm sorry, I've been busy getting everything together.

[He's a bad friend.]

Phoenixes.

I see, well. A few of my blends come to mind. Are you looking for something fruity and sweet, a dry sweet, an off-dry sweet perhaps?

Personally, I think a good Riesling pairs nicely with say ice creams and cakes but, I know some that favor Ice wines or a nice Rose`.

[She frowns and then huffs at the apology before accepting it.]

Well make it up to me and come visit. You can take a small break.

[However...whatever annoyance might just be forgotten as she straightens up a little.]

Hold on.. you actually found some? Show me! I want to see!

Fruity and sweet would be nice. [He looks a little lost on the last bit.] Would you mind letting me try a few?

You're right, I can. [He is on his way. She is getting an enthusiastic hug upon his arrival and he is grinning with a wild sort of happiness.]

Of course! We'll need to take a small hike to them.

[He chuckled softly.]

Of course. If none of the more traditional vintages are to your liking, I can always create something specific for the event you're hosting.

I am well aware that some of my family's techniques are rather unique compared to what I've seen from other worlds.

[Li laughs as she's swept up in an enthusiastic hug when he arrives. Seeing him happy is making her happy.]

Then lets go. In all my centuries, I've never seen one before so this really is a rare treat.

I would appreciate the effort. Weddings should be important, shouldn't they? [Gellert. You're not the right person to plan this. Desserts and wine are all he has so far.]

A wedding..?

[It takes him a moment before it clicks and he smiles slightly. Sorry, weddings aren't exactly a thing in his world.]

Yes, they should be treated with importance. It's a celebration after all.

[Gellert gives her an apologetic grin.]

These two are still in their eggs, but they'll hatch soon. I have them surrounded by enough heat to make them happy.

[He loops their arms together and leads the way to the small, out of the way clearing. He has a lovely big nest set up and he has surrounded it with flames.]

I thought so. We aren't allowed to have one in our world [for a variety of reasons] so I thought I would take advantage of being here.

[She rolls her eyes slightly. Of course they're still in their eggs..]

Still not something any kelpie has ever seen. We're water creatures, not ones of air and fire like they are. So, even if it's just eggs and a nest, it's still more than I ever thought I'd see.

[She follows him and once they get to the nest, she pause as the edge of the clearing, eyeing up the fire. Hey, she's more curious than afraid at least.]

With that being the case, I can definitely see why you would wish to make such a celebration as special as you can.

I may just have to read up on weddings if I'm to craft you a perfect wine for your special day.

You will see them when they're out, I promise. [He squeezes her arm and waves his wand, lowering the flames. The two eggs are nestled, side by side, the shells a combination of blue and green.]

Of course that could take...awhile. [He hopes the nests he found are about as old as he thought they were.] Phoenixes can take up to a year to hatch.

Read up on Albus Dumbledore if you can. He is a lover of sweets - candies and chocolates especially. That's why I don't think something too dry or sour would work.

[She grins a little at the promise and then turns her attention to the nest as he lowers the flames for her to see better. The eggs were beautiful in their own way.]

Huh, then they take as long to hatch as it would for me to carry a foal. That's interesting to know.
