People are always looking for their friends and family for home, you've probably even seen the newspaper ads. And while the directory can tell you who's here when you first arrive, it doesn't always let your friends know you've arrived, so I know some people just kind of watch the network like hawks, and get annoyed with it.

So I'm going to compile a reverse directory. However this place works, usually it seems to take people with some connection to each other. It might not be useful, I get that. But this way if someone you really miss shows up, you can get an alert and drop everything to meet them. It'll be the bee's knees. [ :| Who SAYS that?] I'd also like some volunteers to help get new people situated personally, rather than just holograms and pamphlets. It can help to have, even if not a familiar face, someone who knows the same things, time periods, worlds, magic, or whatever.

My daughter knows to go to any police department, because both her parents are police officers, but I know a lot of people come from worlds with specific reason to distrust the police, and sometimes family has code-words so they know allies even if they don't recognize them.

Neither are cagey [much] but Cassidy does not use his first name, mostly since its a mouthful to say. There are some things only the 3 of us would know about, it would be my way of knowing its them. Plus I think they would be trying to locate me first thing given timelines.

Jesse is my boyfriend and Cassidy is our friend/travel companion.
