[He pauses as if that should be somehow impressive. Some people have previously been given another name. This may be strange... It's still a work in progress.]

While I am in your world. Worlds? Cities?

... OK. Whatever. I am offering my superhero services at discounted rates. Do you need a criminal caught? A cat saved out of a tree? A lost dog needing to be found?

Do you want to just go for an amazing flight through the air?

I can do all of this and more!

[That not very relaxed grin is back, awkward pause and then a small hand wave. There's a spark of energy bursting from his fingers.]

Superhero huh? We've got a few different heroes from at least one world already, and some villains as well. You arrive recently mr...er, Captain Lightning?

[No reason to not take this at face value. Not to mention it's about as goofy as Gohan with his Greaty Saiya-Man stuff.]

Who are these other heroes, if I may ask? And tell me more about these villains...

Okay, well then you've had at least a bit to acclimatize to this place. As for the other Heroes and Villains? It's complicated, by the fact that we're all in these cities, instead of our 'home' worlds. Also by the Guardian system, and by the fact that the cities do have Police of their own.

The basics are, and this applies whether you were a hero or villain or what have you in your old world, are that we leave old grudges at home.

[Not that Trunks is always happy about this, but at least he can keep himself professional about this.]

So unless and until someone does something to break the laws here, no pursuing old grudges. Not everyone abides by that, but it means official laws and Guardians, and their deputies), have to be neutral, as well as follow those laws.

I can try and explain it in person, as it's...not always easy to deal with.

Name's Trunks, I run Capsule Corps in Nova City, as well as being one of the deputy-guardians in Nova.

How much exploring have you done yet, Captain? Fayren has some of the best skies to fly through, and dragons are easier to avoid than rocket-packs like here in Nova City. I'll meet you at the archway there?

[He should also check out Fayren - he even saw some dragons on the network so he's curious - but he's talked to others about Nova and it's first thing on his mind. Even if it was being put aside as a choice. Despite him being much further away and not knowing the city well as yet, Billy arrives almost at the exact same time as Trunks. There's a streak of golden light and suddenly, he appears. Super speed is very handy - but also maybe startling to others...]

[An easy wave. The other man wasn't hard to find, and Trunks was thankfully used to super speeds. Along with sudden appearances and disappearances, thanks to Goku and his 'instant transmission'.]

What kind of games are you looking for?

Oh, I took a wrong few turns... Maybe these maps are outdated? Anyway...

[He grins again, this time looking a little more relaxed about it.]

I guess now isn't the best time to discuss games. We need to talk about hero stuff.

Honestly? There's no hurry. Genessia City has an arcade too, but Nova's is definitely more advanced. There's the Holoplaza, and Holodeck'd and Holodeck'd: Game-time, as well as the hover-tracks.

[Through the gate into Nova City, and it's as futuristic and fancy sci-fi as anything in a comic book.]

[The video caught Eli's attention as he was scanning through the device to see what the place was like. He was still trying to gain his footing since his arrival and really wasn't sure what to make of it. Some of the posts seemed pretty crazy and not something he was accustomed to seeing.

This one was certainly different. Eli shook his head. He still wore his military uniform of an olive grey and Commander rank. When he spoke it was with a slight accent that might be similar to a southern one.]

I don't know. If I had powers like those, I would be putting them to better use. Captain Lightening isn't exactly creative either.

[He raised an eyebrow and went onto the other statement.]

It's the fact that you're asking for payment for such deeds. Catching criminals to get a payment is more considered a bounty hunter job. Although...that type of job isn't exactly secure.

Rescuing a lost pet? The reward should merely be seeing the owner and pet reunited. Should they choose to offer you a reward for your trouble should be on them.

[There is definitely a chuckle now, and an easy smile on Trunks' face.]

Bit more advanced than you're used to? It's a bit more advanced than I'm used to as well, at least from my childhood. If you fly here, watch out for mail delivery and people in rocket packs. Hopefully your reflexes are good.

[He's been handing out a bunch of different names to people here, trying to come up with something relevant to his powers and catchy. Maybe he simplified it too much this time. Work in progress. He refuses to use Freddy's suggestion of Captain Sparklefingers.]

How are heroes supposed to earn a living if they don't get paid? We need to eat too, you know.

Well, less one versus the other. Mostly because the dragons are easier to avoid usually. Fayren has lots more open-space in the sky though, whereas here? Well, you can see for yourself.

Call me nosy, but you have that whole "I'm from a old Earth comic book" vibe going there. Like Captain Proton, for example.

So the hover-tracks are racing, and the holoplaza has private suites that you can rent and have somewhat immersive adventures in. Holodeck'd is actually a training room that can make itself look like whatever environment you want, and you can program enemies in. Be careful though, because it IS possible to die in there. Holodeck'd: Game Time is similar, except it's set as some kind of game where you take on different roles and adventure through different environments.
