Now that I have officially been placed as your Guardian to Nova City, I have been looking into matters of employment and who remains.

Nova Deputies Trunks Brief and Kiritsugu Emiya, report to me for a meeting.

I have openings for more deputies and I will take this time to ask for interested parties to inform me here. There will be a personal interview but first tell me why you would want to apply for this highly important position. You will need a will to protect the city above all and some sort of skill to back up your words that you can properly defend the people of Nova.

I have also discovered that there is a special budget to hire a personal assistant - someone skilled in communication and paperwork, who can liaison between the Guardian offices, the media and the government leaders. Anyone interested may also contact me here and tell me of your qualifications or potential. We will no doubt be working closely together.

While I have your attention, I will also remind the general public of all cities that the Sheelal Trauma Centre is available for any support and healing you may need from emotional traumas. This service is offered for free and as such donations or sponsors with red bills to spare are greatly appreciated to keep us running smoothly. We also have spaces for more healers and therapists as well as a couple of self defense teachers. These positions are paid the minimum with flexible hours, depending on the clients and how many need our attention. So I would advise you not to rely on this for an income, however you would be greatly helping your fellow citizens.

The trauma center was not something that was here the last time I was here...
