Boss Level 1 [Action/Text/Event] Raiding Weapons and Riots
Who: Shooter (Aaron Conner) and you!
Where: Nova City
When: June 25
What: A monster attack!(And a weapon heist) (It's also an event catch-all log!)
Warnings: Illusions, riots, and trolling
[It has been a day since that strange anonymous text has posted through the network. While some shrug it off as a prank text, some tried to demand to reveal this mysterious poster. Either way, no one seems to take the warning too seriously.
Unknown to them, a young man wearing a red mask, black gloves, and a red and black hoodie, is staring at his phone reading some of the replies he got.]
Huh, looks like I got some fewer replies than I expected.
[But instead of reacting negatively to this, he just gives a big grin before he turns his attention at the people below him.]
In any case, it's going just as I planned.
[He then leaves the rooftop before anyone can notice presence there.]
[Action] A Monster Appears!
[A few minutes later, nothing seemed to happen as several residents are going about their day. It wasn't until they hear a human woman screaming. When they look up to where she is pointing, most of them also screamed at what they saw.
It was a huge dragon rampaging around the streets as it roars at the horrified people. Along with them are a group of goblins, skeletons, and zombies swarming around the streets, attacking several residents as they try to hide and flee from these monsters.
But what they don't know is that to the robots and the other humans, they only see most of the residents fleeing and hiding away from nothing. For some reason, they are seeing nothing more than illusions. Regardless, this results in a mass hysteria that would occur for the rest of the afternoon.]
[Action] Riot and Robbery
[While the mass hysteria is currently ongoing on the other side of the city, the residents in a nearby street with several weapon shops are going about their day blissfully unaware of what was happening. It isn't until a teenage boy strolls past through several crowds and without any warning, he pulls out some kind of pistol and shoots several human residents along the way. However, after a few seconds, they got up from the ground with their eyes blank and staring at the boy aimlessly.]
It's showtime. People on my left, take care of the stock and meet me at the alleys. People on my right, make sure you shut down some pesky robots and resistance for me, please.
[As the boy left them and shoots several more people before disappearing into the alley, the shooting victims began to pick up some sticks, chairs, and anything they can find and started breaking into some weapon stores as they grabbed some several guns, laser swords, and other high-tech weapons they can find while knocking out the shopkeepers. Outside the stores, the other victims began attacking several robots and some unaffected residents along the vicinity.
If you just arrived at the streets, be prepared to have a mindless resident (NPC) attack you out of nowhere.]
[Action/Anon Text] Come Find Me
[Afterwards, the masked teenager watches the chaos unfolds in the affected streets, chuckling and grinning at the sight of this as he carries a bag of weapons behind him. Ever since this whole mess began, he just broke into some of the stores and stole some weapons and some equipment while the people continue to panic over the non-existent monsters.]
I was hoping I would try to sneak in without any notice, but I do need some extra points.
Though, just getting away is too boring for my taste. How about we kick this up a notch then?
[He then pulls out his phone and starts to type his anonymous text.]
I hope you like the raid event I just put out for you. Now the real question is if you can even stop it.
Here's a hint: The final boss is all red and black and jumping around the buildings.

[Once he sends in the post, he grins once more, happy about his misdeeds in the city.]
(OOC: So if you're confused, this is Aaron's catch-all log for the Attleton Charm Event as well his debut as Shooter. He will not only leave several illusion monsters to induce a mass hysteria in Nova City, but he can control several NPCs to do his bidding of stealing several weapons and attacking other residents.
This is also a semi-mingle log, which means you can team up with other characters to snap the residents out of their illusions or mind control. And if you like, you can end up as Shooter's temporary mind slave for a few minutes (note that he will be only using Grey Mind Bullets, which only turns the victim into a mindless slave for a few minutes). As for catching the main culprit himself, I will leave a top-level if you like to confront Shooter by yourself.
Of course, being affected by Shooter's mind-based powers is optional. You can check out Aaron/Shooter's profile for more details about his powers and check out his power permission post if you like to opt-in or opt-out of his powers in the near future.

Of course, he is easily found thanks to his latest anonymous text. Though, it doesn't mean he's going down without a fight.]
(OOC: You can fight and try to catch Shooter in this top-level. However, please note that if your character didn't meet Aaron before this log, they might not able to recognize who this masked teenager is.
The outcome of the fight is up to you, but killing or arresting him is out of the question. If defeated, Shooter will run away, but he will drop any weapons he stole.
