Right. Hope everyone enjoyed the concert thingy. Good job to people that participated. Need to speak to er... blond girl and guy with the abs. You know who you are. Winners. Contestants. Whatever. For things.

Also, general question while you out there in rodent catching land have a spare breath-- what is the wildest concert you've ever attended or wanted to attend? asking for a friend. No, I lie. Me. Need a new concept. Something aside from existential boredom.

Thanksss.

Is it? I wouldn't have picked up the bass at all, if not for the Doctor here, and it meant everything to me that he wanted me to be his bassist. Best day o' my life when he asked me. You're not together outta here, yeah? If they're not doin' anything, odds are they're bored and feeling kind of without direction. And like I said, I'd love to have my brother with me on this kind of thing. Maybe they'll be really into it. You won't know if you don't ask, yeah? But think of it like this, how mad would you go if the situation was reversed, and you were the newest to town and they thought they had to take care o' you and earn money for you so you wouldn't worry? I'm bettin'... you'd wanna do something to earn it and pay it back right? [A wink.] Don't think they're much different, but I haven't met 'em so I could be wrong.

But yeah, definitely go bigger.

It doesn't matter what I'd do if I was in the situation. I'm not. It's my responsibility to make sure they're okay. I got things taken care of for me when I first got here. Hell, if I quit everything today I know my way would be paid. That's what family does for each other.

But for them, it's not that easy... [Ace's voice trails off and he huffs. He's a little bothered at the idea that they might feel indebted to him, or bored, or anything but happy. He knows the worlds aren't easy, any of them, but he's been so focused on Sabo's pain and how Luffy was cut off from piracy that he hasn't been thinking about much else honestly.

He wants them to be happy. He doesn't want them to feel left out. But he also feels that asking them is like saying that they have to work for what he happily gave them.]
Maybe it's worth asking them about it. It might make 'em happy to do something.

How much bigger do you think I should go?
