[ Ever seen Weiss smiling this big for this long? No? Most people haven't.

But most people also haven't seen her with a little teacup maltese in her hands either. ]

Everyone, I want you to meet Frost. [ She's trying to keep calm but as she talks more, the less intelligible it seems.. ] He's going to be wiving with me forevew and evew and evew~ Yes he iiis~

[ She can't seem to even stop petting him long enough to turn the feed off, so enjoy nearly 30 seconds of this dog getting pampered to all hell by Weiss's fingers. ]

[ Scoffs as she holds Frost up to her face, nuzzling her cheek against his. ]

While Frost deserves all the pampewing in the woyld [ stupid smiling ] I'd have to open the door for her to even get to you.

Invite me in and we'll see if she wants to receive pets from me.

[wow seriously her pet talk is way too much.]

Let me get this straight: You want me to invite you into to my apartment to pet my dog?

[ Inviting a member of the White Fang into her house to pet a dog is a dilemma. But she also really wants to share her amazing dog. She's having to think about this deeply. ]

[ If he agrees to that then she'll consider it though. Mostly she's trying to see how badly he wants to pet the dog at this point because you must be at least this enthused to touch Frost. ]

he doesn't ever want to remove his mask for someone like her, but does he want to pet this dog? yeah kinda. he likes animals okay, they're way easier to deal with than humans after all. so he just frowns, a lot, and then he reaches up and he removes his mask for her.]

...I meant in front of Frost, but sure. You've got five minutes.

[ She did say it after all. ]

[WELL JEE. he just nods, then turns off the feed and starts to head on over.

don't worry he didn't even bring his weapon, be grateful schnee girl!! and once he arrives at her door, he knocks on it softly.]

[ Once he signs off, Weiss goes to make sure that she has a way to alert someone if he has any nefarious plans besides seeing the puppy..

...but mostly she figures if he knows where she lives without being told, he probably could've just gone home-invasion on her like that other guy. So far Adam's proved himself to not be kidding about not going to after her, mutual dislike of each other aside, so puppy time should be fine. Because puppy. Seriously, he would have to be mental to hurt her in front of the puppy.

What if he wants to steal her puppy?

Weiss goes and puts Frost's leash on his collar just in case. That way she'll definitely feel it if the puppy is leaving while her back is turned.

Oh, there's the knock on the door- Weiss gets up, holding Frost in her arms just as Frost starts giving little tiny barks at the door, and checks the peep hole before she opens the door. Frost is just panting in her arms and gives another little bark at Adam when she opens the door. ]

Hi Adam.

[he has better things to do than to kidnap puppies, weiss.

either way, once he arrives he looks down at her and her dog, and he nods. hello as well, basically. but he noticed the dog, and he leaned down to get a good look at it.]

So this is Frost, then? [LITTLE THING. he reached out to it and scratched its head.]

What [ he squints at the screen ] is that supposed to be?

[Bridget is seriously biting her tongue here. New pet owners were so very hard to deal with. How does one bring up the 10-17 year life expectancy in a place like this? And really, it's a dog.]

I suppose rather cute in a way. Even if I am rather partial to cats... Have you decided on a secondary owner just in case you return home?

It's a dog. A teacup maltese, if you want to be specific. And he's absolutely precious.

[ She doesn't know that, and Frost is completely kidnap-worthy.

Frost barks again, but clearly is okay with the little attention. Weiss holds him up for Adam. ]

Frost, meet Adam. Apparently his hatred of Schnees doesn't apply to puppies.

Hm- this puppy is more innocent than you, of course it doesn't apply.

[but EXCUSE U adam stares at her, while he's still scratching at frost's head.]

Can I come in at least?

I'll worry about that later. I doubt I'm going to up and disappear by tomorrow, and if I am, I have at least two teammates, a neighbor, a boyfriend, and apparently an enemy who are all probably willing to check on him.

[ Obviously she's not talking to Bridget for the next part though, since her tone totally changes.. ]But I'm not going anywhewe soon, am I Frost? No I'm nawt~

Well, at least you made this public so a number of people know Frost is around. I do admit I am very slightly envious of having a pet.

[There's a thoughtful pause.]

Before you ask about that... My species tends to live several thousand years at least. In my world, domesticated animals tend to live less than twenty on average.
