Professor Ozpin

[When the feed starts, Ozpin can be seen sipping coffee at a table belonging to a cafe in the central city looking curious.]

Because I've seen several of our newer residents talk about the educational facilities in their worlds, I've decided to make a casual inquiry. Call it professional curiosity. I am curious as to how the schools in each of your respective worlds operate. As an educator myself, I know how vital these systems can be in shaping and guiding our next generations, and am always looking out for ideas or methods that could better improve the situations at my own school. So please, consider this an open dialogue for the subject.

Jisho

[The feed opens with the view of the lush forests of Fayren. Then it shifts to reveal a sizable new building. It looks like a traditional Japanese home from the outside. Jisho was always the traditional type of guy. If anything, he was just old-fashioned, even when he lived in a modern world.

People will then notice a familiar face, sitting in front of the feed. It was the man who arrived two weeks ago. As usual, he was wearing his sleeveless shinobi garments. So as he addressed the feed, he flexed a majority of his muscles.]

Genessia. I hear there are many fighters here who were forced to take on such mediocre jobs. Such jobs that keep your muscles idle and dormant.

[He stands up, and pulls both his arms towards his center. He showed how his arm muscles were widening and how all his superficial blood vessels can now be appreciated by the viewer. It was a sight to behold.]

Muscles are not made to be useless! They need to be constantly trained and abused!

[Then he straightens one arm and points a strong finger towards the feed.]

Let me train you.

I am accepting fighters in my dojo! Dojo Uruha Kurogane!

[His newly established dojo. And no matter how much people will pester him, he will not state why there's a dojo behind him - and how. Neither will he mention why there's a huge cliff behind his dojo.]

I need people who are worthy of my time and efforts.

If you think yourself to be capable and strong, climb the highest mountain of Fayren and you will find my dojo near its peak.

You might find a suitable reward...if you're strong enough.

[Heavily Encrypted Message for Kurei]

Master Kurei. It is done. The dojo is done. Within its basement, is the iron cage for the fighters. We can use part of the development fund to pay for the winner of each night. At least, for those interested.

We just need to discreetly inform the fighters and interested financial parties about the fight club which we shall host every Wednesday and Saturday evening, at midnight. Hopefully, this can be the beginning of the Death Matches.

Lastly, the Moon Palace is done. It's craftily hidden behind the cliff, many levels within the mountain.

[The Moon Palace is fashioned in the same way as the Moon Palace which held Tsuukino hostage.]

Also, as you instructed me, Miss Kurenai has minimal knowledge about this.

((ooc: This is a sign-up post for those who wants to be member of the fight club. It won't be advertised openly. Rule #1, never talk about fight club. XD))

♕ WEISS SCHNEE
18 August 2014 @ 06:29 pm
WHO: Weiss & Zuko
WHAT: A date!
WHEN: Friday, August 15th (backdated)
WHERE: A little Sichuan restaurant in Attleton Gate
WARNINGS: None?

[ Ever since the party, Weiss has been in a surprisingly pleasant mood despite certain circumstances. The party had, frankly, been exhausting. But fun! However, it wasn't what had put her in such a good mood for the week following it. What had was the fact that she was excited for Friday and her date with the guy who she kind of thought was kind of cute and totally had managed to escape any prying eyes (she hoped) to go meet him where they'd agreed.

Except, you know, she may have come a bit early. And possibly stood out waiting a little early in a dress in white instead of cream and a pair of fashionable boots (just in case she had to move-- the heels are nothing to her). Beneath the dress was a red petticoat-- just enough to give the dress a little oomph and protect her in case she needed to do any flips for whatever reason. Though her Genessia pendant was in a little purse (for whenever she needed it), she had a small necklace around her neck, matching the accent from her petticoat. Her usual hair crown accessory was where it always was, her hair tied back in her regular style.

Weiss opened her bag as she took her scroll out to check what time it was to see how much longer she would be waiting. She absolutely wasn't going to let Zuko be the one waiting on her. That much she had decided beforehand, but.. Well, she was getting impatient now, even if it was completely her fault. ]
