[Action]
[Alice had just awoken in the most unusual of places. Huge pods everywhere and the floor was flooded. The groggy magician hadn't yet fully registered the rest of her surroundings, she is only aware that she certainly was not in her home in the Forest of Magic.
As she literally got her feet wet, she looked back at the pod for any of her belongings, and found not just the 3 she needed, but a fourth that grabbed her curiosity. Of the four items, two were dolls, each with long blonde hair decorated with a red bow. Both dolls were identical, dressed in a dark blue dress with a white apron. The third item was a dark book wrapped in red. A sealed book had some golden words on it faintly read what could be 'The Grimoire of Alice,' and she made sure this book never left her sight.
Alice held a hand out to the dolls, and in a moment, a shimmer between her hand and the dolls, then they came alive. The dolls stood up on their own, grabbed the book first, placing it on top of the white box and floated over to the young woman to deliver the box to her. She removed the book, then removed the box's lid to find various items. A pamphlet, a necklace, another box (videophone) and money. She assumes if this was a prank, likely caused by a certain youkai of boundaries, it wasn't funny. But Alice wasn't the type to just automatically point fingers of blame at just any one person.
The seemingly normal woman made her way to the exit of the Bay, taking the pamphlet from the box to read it over, replacing it with her grimoire, while her dolls floated along beside her. A section explained the necklace, her two dolls flew into the box, taking the necklace by the chain and flew to Alice, working together to put the necklace on her. As she read the section about the videophone, one of the twin dolls, dubbed Hourai, fly into the box and lifted the videophone to stand it up right. The other, dubbed Shanghai, landed in front of the phone, and imputed the buttons to activate it the best Alice herself could understand. After all, Alice is a doll maker, a puppeteer, and a magician youkai. Technological gadgets like this are not her specialty.
As Alice left the Bay, she took note of her surroundings. Many people can be seen going about their daily business. It was very much like the human village, but many times larger. She was wary of what's going on, but went back to reading the pamphlet, but stopped by the magazine vendor in reaction to a appearance of a tiny girl in white...]

[The video feed flickers on to show a adorable girl doll peering into the camera before moving away, showing Alice reading the pamphlet still while the recording of Weiss Schnee played faintly in the background. She didn't talk for awhile, as if waiting for the recording to finish, then finally...]
"If not a prank, then this is an incident... But if there are others who were taken, why are none of them doing anything to resolve it?" [Alice peers down into the box at the videophone that Hourai was still tirelessly holding up. Of course, the camera can't see that.] "Does this 'Genessia' place not have anyone capable?"
[Alice already had a brief line-up of questions, but she wanted to start with that and see what kind of fish take the bait.]
