A little bit out of her jurisdiction.
WHO: Karrin Murphy, OTA but she's looking to find M. Bison, also a message sent to Harry Dresden.
WHAT: She's a cop, she couldn't stay out of it if she tried, so she's paying Bison a visit.
WHEN: January 4, 2014 - early afternoon
WHERE: Where ever she can track him down.
Everyone she'd talked to really only had one direction to point her toward, and that was a guy by the name of M. Bison. So that was what she was doing, trying to track down this guy who has been called a jerk, an asshole, a megalomaniac, and a despot; those were apparently the good reviews.
She'd managed to get her hands on a bike so that was helping, but the tracking was still slow going. Whoever this guys was, whatever he was, he wasn't dumb. He'd covered his tracks and no one seemed to be able to serve up a single spot he was likely to be found,so as any good cop would she was canvasing. Asking questions to help triangulate a likely location.
This guy kidnapped a woman, was hiding out and refusing contact, nothing good would come of this and every moment that passed was just making things worse for possible outcomes.
So, expect a short, blonde on a Harley to pull up and starts asking questions, it's ok, she's a cop or used to be.

Watch your back out there, and if you do get his trail don't go in alone. I mixed it up with Bison about a year ago. The guy's big time.
