[After Gray awoke in Genessia, he took the time to read over the pamphlet and figure out the communication device he was given. He was confused and irritated, but generally calm about it.

Where was he? And where the hell were his friends?

Some time in the course of leaving the bay, he found himself camping out in a random room he stumbled upon. This was also the time he lost all the clothing he was wearing, leaving him in literally nothing...he was completely naked and sitting on the couch in the room (the necklace laying on a table nearby to record everything). With a raised hand he let out yawn and called out-]

Huh? Oh...hey, Lucy! When did you get here?

[Somewhere in the background a high pitched scream can be heard from the poor celestial mage. Oops, this was really her room, wasn't it?]

[ When Lucy walked back into the room she shared with Erza and Natsu she did NOT expect a naked man to be in there. In fact, she stood in the doorway for exactly .3 seconds before her brain clicked in and then delivered the appropriate response to her mouth and lungs. ]

KYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!

[ Wait wait, she knows that person. ]

G... Gray!?

[ She abruptly claps a hand over her eyes. ]

Gray, your clothes!!

[ For the love of EVERYTHING put them on. ]

He was actually downstairs grabbing a quick bite to eat when he heard the scream. Natsu dropped whatever he was holding and quickly barreled up the staircase and shoulder rammed his way into the room]

Lucy?! What happ-

[Wait a sec. he did feel a familiarly irritating scent. And now he knew why because lo and behold.]

The hell are you doing in our room naked you streaking moron?!

[Was he for real?

Hi, Gray, there's a dark-haired girl on your communicator giving you the linefaceiest lineface of all time.]

Are you aware that you're on video right now?

[And then she hears the shriek.]

... Apparently not.

WHAT IN THE WORLD IS WRONG WITH YOU!?

FOR THE LOVE OF ASIMOV, PUT SOME PANTS ON YOU BUFFOON!

[This is why Wily doesn't use the communicator often.]

[Oh, who's this on the communicator now? They're not saying anything... Reaching over, she grabs hers and looks at it.]

Oh for--

What the heck, man?!

[Annnd she turns the feed off!]

[ He knows that voice. Zeref may have some new memories, but he hasn't forgotten about Exsilium, either, and he's not about to let anything happen to Lucy if there is any chance whatsoever of that making his wish for death at Natsu's hands that much harder to achieve. ]

Lucy?

[ Zeref's voice comes over the speakers, surely capable of being heard by anyone in the room. ... but as soon as he sees that view, Zeref shuts off his own camera. Yeah, he doesn't want to see that either. ]

[Apparently Gray has no idea why Lucy is so freaked. Beening aware that his clothes are missing this time, he doesn't budge, but only gives her a puzzled look]

You're door was unlocked, so I thought-

[Then Natsu came barging in. Wait a minute...]

Natsu? What the hell, you're here too?! And I'm not a streaker!

[Huh? Oh...so the video was on the entire time]

Yeah. Sorry about that. I forgot to switch it off.

[It's a good thing Zeref does that, because now Gray doesn't know who this is. He might have heard this voice before, but if he did it's not clicking just yet.

It can't be seen, but Gray crosses his arms]

[Sadly, yes he is. But Gray can be polite when he wants to be, so he turns the communicator around so it's not facing him anymore]

I would if I knew where they were actually. [Not that he minds being naked...] But I lost them hours ago, so that's kind of impossible now.

[ Wait a minute. That guy. Zeref vaguely remembered hearing his voice... but he doesn't remember seeing him. Maybe it was while he was sleep on Tenrou Island? ]

... She and I met in Exsilium. [ A sigh. ] If she wishes, she can explain it further.

[ Since he obviously just left out some very big details. ]

[VERY big details. But Gray isn't going to press them any further, it's obvious who this is isn't sinking with him.]

[That part catches his attention the most]

[Well, that's at least considerate of him. Not that she's the type to get easily flustered.]

You... lost your pants "hours ago?"

[He's very close to provoking an actual reaction from her.]

... How long have you been sitting there naked?

It's a very long story.

[ A beat. He knows that won't be satisfactory. ] Lucy went to a lot of great and unnecessary lengths to be kind to me, there.

[ He thought WHAT? God only knows what the innkeeper thought when he went strutting on up to the room she shared with the others. She glanced over her shoulder when Natsu charged in, but he picked up on the situation before she can say anything. ]

How did you even find us-- Did you walk all the way here from the Bay like that..? [ Oh gosh. Still, - it's been a while since she last walked into a room and he was there like that. It was kinda nostalgic. ]

Erza's here too, Gray.

No. No you can't help me with something.

[What is WITH this guy?! Amelia quickly ends the call on her end so she doesn't have to be exposed to this guy's naked... everything any longer! She sure never saw anything like THAT back home.]

[That probably implies more than it should but luckily it's lost in the chaos]
