[Anyone who's viewing the video will see someone who looks displeased but otherwise fine, despite having no shirt on and being surrounded by...ice? He might have started to make a floor of ice out of frustration.]

So I'm supposed to use this thing to communicate? I already watched the video. I'm not interested in your safety or having any kind of life here, but I won't get in the way of anyone who wants to stay here. If this world pulls people from theirs and no one's found a way to leave yet, who knows how long this has been going on. I'm wondering what would happen if someone managed or tried to destroy the Bay. I don't see how any of us benefit from it, since we're the ones who've been kidnapped here.

[Unless it's also the way out. His scowl deepens and he puts his videophone down, crossing his arms.]

[ There's a familiar, if a year older and very puzzled face that clicks into the feed. ]

What do you mean "You're not interested in their safety"? And don't try to destroy the Bay, we need that.

[Levy smiles at the screen. She doesn't bother to answer his questions considering he knows how familiar she is with magic.]

People can leave, but they can't choose when they depart. Some of us have left only to return later, too. [A pause.] ...I doubt destroying the Bay will change any of this.

[She'll hold off on mentioning that Juvia's been wanting to see him. He's clearly not in a good mood, plus he'll likely find out soon enough (if he hasn't already).]

If it's safer and some people want to stay here, good for them. I don't. It was just a suggestion. Don't worry, I'm not planning to go and do something recklessly stupid like Natsu would. Is he around? Unless the Bay is the answer to leaving, it's exactly what we don't need.

[He's seen enough weird stuff so he's not that shocked to see her. It's not the first time they've been pulled somewhere else. Still, he's kind of relieved to see her even if she doesn't seem to return the sentiment. But there's one thing that bothers him.]

[If Lucy was already familiar with the place, had he just been lying there in that pod?]

Yes, he's around. We were pulled here at the same time, a few months ago. Levy and Wendy are here too - so is Erza, the First, some girl named Zeira and..Zeref.

[ She sighs faintly. ]

Gray, you realize you don't exactly know much about this place, I don't think you're in any position to say what is or isn't needed. [ She pauses, puzzled by the question. ] ... How long? I wouldn't know that. [ She didn't know when he pulled here, just when he made his entry. ]

[Gray sighs before he switches the video to locked. Best to clarify everything before she gets the wrong idea.] I was trying to draw anyone else out in case the video wasn't true. I wasn't intending to actually destroy it. As for their safety, I only mentioned it because that girl--Weiss, said something about it. I can understand why some people would want to stay here if it's better than their world, but I'm not okay with settling here. I thought you would feel the same.

[His eyes widen.] ...What's Zeref doing here?

The Grand Magic Games were about to start. [It's not really important now that he knows who's here.] Why?

Saying you don't care about their safety doesn't exactly give a good first impression. [ And people aren't going to want to help if he's not willing to do the same. Mention of Zeref though, makes her scowl slightly. ]

Apparently he was dragged here too. [ She said, her tone flat. He was here, and Mavis was his friend. ]

Juvia actually was the last person from home that wound up here. . .but apparently some of us have been here before, and been back home.

[ She blinks in surprise. ] The Grand Magic Games... Levy, Wendy and Juvia mentioned that was around where they were from too. ... Natsu and I are from a year (roughly) later.

[She was going to be impressed and amazed by new person with ice skills here, but... Then that whole message happened.]

There are people, who can stop you if you try to destroy it. Besides if you did that, who knows where new people would show up.

Weird... I wonder if there's a reason the world pulls the people it does, especially if they return.

[He smiles faintly anyway.] You look like you've recovered. I must've missed everything.

If people stopped showing up, wouldn't that be a good thing? It's still kidnapping, no matter how you look at it.

[That attitude is bringing up some very unpleasant and recent memories for Natsu. So naturally his first response is less than cordial.]

If that's supposed to be an act again you better drop it fast or I'm coming over there to knock some sense into you, frost princess. For real this time.

Considering there is a archway connected to the Bay that could be of some importance, it's best not to destroy it until we know.

It's possible, though you'd think the people who return would keep their memories of this world. ...Some do, but it seems a lot forget about being here.

[A sigh. She wishes she knew why that was the case.

...Also, "recovered"? She hadn't been too badly hurt during her fight with Sylph Labyrinth, which means...]

People may come in from different points of time, too. You might be from my past...or from my future.

Yes, that would be great if we just stopped showing up. [Narrowing eyes.] But my point here was that I don't think this place would just stop kidnapping people if that Bay was destroyed. New people would just show up somewhere else and all of these places aren't as safe as the Bay usually is. Or maybe they'd still start there, who knows. Let's not find out.

A lot of people are. I’m sure they will all tell you themselves but it’s Lucy, Natsu, Wendy, Erza, Juvia and myself so far.

[She counts on her fingers before pausing.] There are others here not from Fairy Tail but I don’t think you’d know them.

Making a good first impression wasn't exactly my biggest priority, Lucy.

[There's a flicker of something in his eyes, but he doesn't mention Juvia again and jumpst to the next subject.] We might be able to learn more about how this place works if any of us remember being here before.

Yeah, I thought something was off. I can meet up with the rest of you and you can fill me in on what's happened.

Don't you think it should be? Maybe not the -main- priority, but cooperating with people who are in the same position as you are is just as important.

As far as I've been able to tell... nothing. The last time I even saw him was - believe it or not - when he was on a date with the First, at a Gala. [ Believe you her, she was WTF'ing pretty hard about -that- encounter. ]

I don't think anyone remembers being here before. Natsu and I both were here, and apparently some people seem to remember us - but other than that, we don't have any memory of this place.

I'm not sure which act you're referring to, flame brains, but if you want to fight go ahead and try. You'll regret it.

That could take forever. Unless that archway is our way back. If no one's studying them right now, I'd be interested. The archways and the Bay have to be important to this place somehow.

There's no way to know that if we don't give it a shot.

That would explain why we've never heard of it back in our world. I guess no one's figured out why some people keep their memories.

[It probably wouldn't make a difference if they did. But there are a lot of unanswered questions about this world and he doesn't like being left in the dark.]

Maybe time runs differently here than it does on our world. But that doesn't explain why you wouldn't remember.

How come? Wouldn't it make more sense if we're all prepared? Besides, if we return without our memories, what you say here wouldn't make a difference.

[Nope, don't talk about this stuff when she's still not over about friends going home and that's the easiest place to check if they return whenever she's near it.]
