[The feed switches on to show Athrun standing in what appears to be some kind of apartment room. He's at home, broadcasting this from his living room.]

Excuse me. A new subarchway has opened in Nova City, and I thought it might be worth calling attention to, since it's from my home world.

The subarchway leads to an island called Onogoro. It's part of the Orb Union, my home nation. It's run jointly by the Orb military and Morgenroete, Inc., a manufacturer. And, as you might expect of such a place, security is, well...tight. Very tight.

Civilians should be able to get basic clearance to visit, as Morgenroete offers public tours of its facilities on a set schedule. However, if you want to see more, you'll have to come to me directly. I'm a member of Orb's military and I have some clout with Morgenroete. I can make no promises, but I'm certain I can at least get them to listen to what you have to say or offer.

[He ends the broadcast, then sends two more messages.]

[Private -- to Satsuki and David]

[The message he sends to these two is a simple text message. However, it's accompanied by a photo. The photo shows a giant robot (though the photo shows its surfaces as all being gray rather than of shades of white, red, or purple) in some kind of advanced military hangar. Athrun had made sure to stand in front of it to further accentuate its size. It appears to be close to twenty meters tall.

[Terra listens carefully, her curiosity peeked.]

Hello Athrun. [She smiles lightly.] Your home? I would like to see it... if that's alright.

[She wants to see more of what he's told her about in the past.]

[Troy has seen Athrun's video broadcast from earlier, but responding to it through the network was tricky. He's still testing the waters of this place, so he's more reserved about putting himself out there. But everything about it just tickled his fancy, and he had to see it. Nova City was next in his reconnaissance list, which worked wonderfully since this was where Athrun's subarchway is, and where he plans on summoning his own later.

He brought everything he's got on this recon trip, so a fully armored Troy shows up at the place where Athrun created a doorway to Onogoro Island. Troy slowed down his pace as he gazes in awe and curiosity of this gateway. It brings him a feeling of home with his job involving gates like these, and that this is the first subarchway he's seen so far. As he got closer, he sensed someone approaching his position and turned to see Athrun himself]

[Athrun nods and gives a faint smile.]

Sure. I'd be perfectly willing to show you what I can. Sadly, it doesn't include my house, but at least it's a bit of home, I suppose.

[Athrun is heading back to Onogoro. At the moment, he's making sure they can pick up on some fo the tech that exists in Nova City.

This time, though, eh stops in front of the subarchway. He sees someone standing there.]

Oh, can I help -- huh?

[It's the armor that throws Athrun off. He's never seen anything like it. He stares for a few seconds before realizing what he's doing, and speaks again.]

Was, er. Was there something you were looking for?

[Might as well try to be polite.]

[Terra nods.]

Only if that's okay.

[She doesn't want to intrude but she's a little curious. Athrun has told her a little bit of his home and she wants to see a little bit more.]

[Troy looks down at his own armor after Athrun got thrown off for a second. He understands it's not an entirely common thing to see, but with them being in Nova City, he thought he'd stand out less. Regardless, he responds with the same amount of politeness]

Oh, sorry 'bout that. I was just checkin; it out. It's the first subarchway I've seen since I arrived here a couple of days ago.

[Troy extends his armored arm for a handshake]

I'm Troy, I saw your video earlier in the network. You talked about a military base and not gonna lie, it got me curious to see what kind of stuff you guys got there.

Finally opened a sub-archway to get it, did you? Is that the only mobile suit there?

[Athrun trusts Terra more than he trusts most people in Genessia and its outlying cities. After all, she knows that he's a Coordinator and hasn't spilled the beans.]

[The look of surprise on Athrun's face remains, but he reaches out to shake Troy's hand, anyway. There's no reason not to be polite so far.]

Athrun Zala. I'm a soldier based out of Onogoro back home. There's a lot I'm not at liberty to divulge, as you might expect. But if nothing else, it doesn't hurt to hear questions if you have any.

No. Onogoro houses two full squadrons of mobile suits. We have one squadron of M-1 Astrays, which are general-purpose ground combat mobile suits, and one of Murasames, which are newer and flight-capable.

[It may come to no one's surprise that Satsuki is at the Guardian's Office when she gets Athrun's message. She's about as excited as a child being told 'it's christmas'. It's.. It's gorgeous. It's even greater than she imagined, and frankly, she's eager to see it in person.

Satsuki isn't nearly as expressive, of course. She replies via text:]

Where shall we meet?

[Terra nods, her lips curling into a soft smile.]

When should I met you then?

[She assumes right now isn't viable.]

In front of the subarchway. You'll need my clearance to get into where it's stored, anyway.

When are you available?

[He's taken the day off of work to see to things, including fielding questions, so he's available.]

[Her fingers light dance in front of her lips.]

Any time. Klaus has the shop for the next two days.

[Troy is usually polite, especially in a completely different universe where he knows nobody else. He is in the look-out for people he can trust while he is here to stay. So far, Athrun seems like someone he can depend on, and relate to as well being both warriors from a futuristic world. He smiles, shaking Athrun's hand with his firm grip before letting go]

I kind of put that together, and I understand not everything is public info. I came from a world much like it.

If that's the case, then how about now?

[He seems willing enough.]

That makes things easier, then. Anyway, as I said on the broadcast, there are public tours offered, but I suppose it'd save some time to just ask me whatever questions you have.

[He lets his hand fall to his side, then slides them both into his jacket pockets. It's a thin jacket, so it's clear he's got nothing else in there.]

[Terra nods.]

Now is okay. I can meet you at the Nova City gate? I don't know why way around there.

[This will be her first time to Nova City.]

It's more like "I want to see what's beyond that portal" than any specific question.

[Troy isn't worried that Athrun is hostile, even if he is packing a weapon in his clothes. Athrun's composed stature is enough for him to feel comfortable around Athrun]

I assume by the way you reacted to me, I would stick out like a big-ass tree in the middle of a prairie. So those public tours may be out the window for me.

[If that's the case even he goes to a public tour, he might cause some problems for himself and the other natives of Athrun's world]

I'll just check out I can and what you would allow for me to. So unless you're waiting for someone, I wouldn't mind exploring this place with your guidance.

[Athrun nods in response, as well.]

Of course. That's just fine. It's not that far from the Genessia archway, anyway.

[It doesn't take her long to gather things and then leave her home. She doesn't know what the weather is like in other areas so she brings a warm light brown jacket with her in case of colder weather.

She arrives at the archway promptly, her mint green hair unbound and framing either side of her face.]

Well, I suppose it depends on how you look beneath that armor. Is it something that's removable?

[The idea of cybernetics isn't lost on Athrun, and one he's willing to consider feasible here.]

But I'd be fine with showing you what I can. You would still turn heads if you came as you are now, but nobody would ask too many questions if you're with me.

[Sometimes being a renowned war hero has its perks. Not that Athrun would ever say it's worth the effort of becoming one.]

[Athrun also arrives quickly, wearing his civilian clothes -- black windbreaker and pants, and green T-shirt. It doesn't take him long to find her, either.]

[Her winter hat is now in her pocket since she's warmed up since she left Attleton.]
