[It takes Ira a good moment or two to calm his temper upon hearing Ryuko's voice, but when he does, he'll appear on the screen with a visibly throbbing vein in his forehead.]

MATOI! Lower your voice. Lady Satsuki can't hear you. She isn't here. Wherever this place is, it is cut off from Honnouji Academy entirely.

[From the rooftops on the same street, a young woman in a white and blue coat and blonde hair can be seen dropping and landing at the end of the street, sparks flying as a small shockwave is generated from the drop. The smoke and dust conceals most of her features, but she had a sword in hand and looking ready to fight. Caelica didn't listen to the broadcast, but she did hear someone shout aggressively, calling someone out. She doesn't know what about, but she thought she could drop by and help. If only she didn't look so aggressive and bearing a similar costume color scheme as Satsuki...]

Aren't you full of energy, Matoi.

[He's not even allowed to pass commentary, not after his very recent very own very confused arrival.]

Do us all a favor and keep it up, maybe she'll hear you eventually.

[She reaches for the comm device and is clearly surprised to see Gamagori; surprised but not cowed in the slightest. To Ryuko his very presence seems to contradict what he's saying.]

Ha! As if I'd buy that crap! You lackeys are never far away from her.

[This is perhaps more surprising than seeing Gamagori.]

Tch! So you're still alive after all.

[What the hell?! Ryuko spins to face the end of the street and the girl standing there.]

Who the hell are you!?

[Ah crap, she has a weapon; she must be one of Satsuki's cronies.]

Tch! You idiots just don't know when to quit.

[Despite Senketsu being unsure about this, Ryuko activates her Life Fiber Sync. The process only takes a moment but when it's over Ryuko's outfit has transformed into her armor with precious little to conceal her modesty.]

Kamui Senketsu!

[Caelica heard that as she turned, eyebrow raised at the woman who suddenly changed clothes into something more revealing than Caelica's own outfit, which shows a lot of skin too. But more importantly, why did this woman look like she's ready to fight her? Caelica looks around]

Hm? Something the matter? I heard someone scream...

[The blonde is looking awfully calm thanks to her ignorance. Her blade is still activated and being waved around as she looks at the surroundings]

[Ryuko gets even more annoyed when it seems that this person isn't taking this seriously. She brandishes her own Scissor Blade and yells as she approaches the other girl.]

What are you waiting for? You came here to fight me didn't you? Quit wasting my damn time!

[Caelica managed to raise her own blade to block Ryuko's with the flat of her lightblade. It all happened to fast that Caelica couldn't utter a word other than exclaiming her surprise]

Think for a minute, Matoi. As difficult for you as it may be.

Have I ever attempted to hide Lady Satsuki from you, or anyone? More than anyone, I know she is more than capable of defending against you. What would I gain from lying to you in that way?

[Since she's always going on and on about her dad. It's admirable, but not in this instance.]

Pigtails isn't here, neither is Lady Satsuki.

[Caelica grits her teeth at the girl. Ryuko seems like the polar opposite of her in manners]

You make no sense!

[Caelica swings her blade to switch her grip style, charging to meet Ryuko by jumping towards her, with the sharp tip of the sword aimed at her opponent]

[Ryuko leaps aside to avoid the strike.]

All you Kiryuin ass-kissers are the ones that don't make any sense!

[Though to her credit, this girl didn't seem to be as long winded as the others. Probably because she isn't one of them.]

[Caelica quickly recovered once she landed, immediately turning her attention to Ryuko and waved her left arm to fire bullet-like shards of light from a magic sigil that appeared in front of her open palm]

You must have lost your mind. I know nothing of Goku uniforms and Kiryuins!

Forget about whatever you think happened twenty minutes ago.

[Because time's distorted here..or something. He went through this with Gamagori as well, but they didn't delve into it all that much. It's annoying and makes zero sense, that's all he knows.]

The hell would I lie about that for? You and I haven't settled anything, but I'm giving you permission to keep calling for her if you wanna.

[Ryuko almost loses her footing when the light shards come her way. The first narrowly misses her but the second one strikes her kamui, forcing her to stop. She uses her blade to deflect the remaining bullets with inhuman speed and dashes toward Caelica determined to end the fight with one strike. The scissor blade doubles in length.]

"Sen'i Sōshi--!"

What?!

[Did this girl just say she didn't know about Goku uniforms or Satsuki Kiryuin? Was that even possible if you lived around here? Dammit, what if she really was some random bystander?

In a rare moment of hesitation Ryuko alters her charge at the last second, pulling away from Caelica and careening through a nearby wall, kicking up a mountain of debris and dust.]

Like I need your permission!

[She can shout at whoever she wants, whenever she wants! As much as she wants to kick his butt, Sanegayama is really one the only people she knows that seem to be around here.]

So if she isn't here, why are you?

[Well then.]

That doesn't make any sense!

[Ryuko turns away to get a better grip with her surroundings; it really was quite alien. Because she isn't speaking into the comm her voice is a bit muffled as she muses to herself.]

What kind of game is she playing now?

[He just grunts to himself.]

This was not Lady Satsuki's plan. Her plans require all of the Elite Four...

[He cuts himself short so as to not reveal too much.]

[Caelica gasped when she cartwheeled out of the way after Ryuko's sudden change of plans. When the dust cloud covers Ryuko, Caelica immediately stood up to hurry towards Ryuko, her sword lowered]

Are you alright?

Aah, it's already been done?

[This is like one of those you're fired! No, I quit! scenarios, except over something really stupid.

He won't deny being around Satsuki-sama often; he is part of her elite team, and it's true, they all tend to be seen together. Denial would only be a slight on Lady Satsuki.

Sanageyama rolls his shoulders in a shrug, then.]

Beats me. Aren't you here without that...

[Uh, that hamster-looking girl that always follows her around; Gamagori's friend.]

That used-to-be two-star girl?

[Except it comes out as more of a statement than a question.]

[She decided not to press him, not like he'd volunteer any information when it came to Satsuki anyway; it would literally be like interrogating a wall.]

Guess this throws a wrench in her plans then.

[She could still try to taunt him though.]

Her name is Mako and for all I know she's around here somewhere collecting souvenirs.

[Bless her simple soul, Mako has no sense of fear. She probably wandered off after being here for less than a minute.]

[Ryuko lifted herself from the rubble and stowed her scissor. She eyed Caelica's weapon while she dusted the dirt from herself. She was still a little irritated.]

If you really aren't trying to fight me, you should put that thing away.

Souvenirs?

[He knew she was special but?? Did they even have souvenirs here? Stop surrounding yourself with weirdos, Matoi.]

What's dangerous about collecting souvenirs? No one's gonna attack someone like her for that.

[For the record, he hasn't met anyone that's made him think 'creep', but their definitions may conflict. He also hasn't met anyone he'd call an ally, either.]

If you're so worried, shouldn't you just call her directly?

[Caelica hesitated for a thought while her grip on her sword handled loosened. She didn't want to fight, so she puts her sword away with a twirl, the lightblade and magic runes of light vanished, turning it to an ornate looking stick that she puts behind her waist.]

Very well, I concede.

[Caelica extends a hand to Ryuko, to shake hands as a sign of peace]

[Seeing her opponent cease hostility Ryuko let's Senketsu return to his normal sailor-uniform state. The dark-haired girl frowned at the offered hand for a few moments, hesitating, before finally shaking it firmly.]

Who the heck are you anyway?

If you're here there are probably more.

[Her definition of creep? Anyone associated with Satsuki Kiryuin. Well actually she hadn't tried calling Mako, so she'll just do it now.]

Hmm... No answer.

[Dammit Mako! Answer your phone!]

[Harsh...harsh. Wonder what that means for people who share her bloodline...]

Aah, seems like you were too late then.

[Caelica watches the uniform change shape. Her eyes widened slightly with fascination at this magic set of clothes. But she gives Ryuko a nod and warm smile, despite just fighting with her a few seconds ago]

My name is Caelica Blair, I'm a rune knight who seem to lost her way... I don't know this place at all.

[This is so awkward, it's been a while since she's been greeted by a seemingly normal person. This girl seems as lost as she is.]

I'm Ryuko.

[There's a bit of an awkward pause.]

And err... Sorry about attacking you; thought you were coming after me when I saw your sword.

You're forgiven. This world confused us all.

[Caelica smiled sheepishly for a brief moment, feeling the awkward atmosphere as well but chose to not see it as a bad thing. She sighed deeply, smiling]

Despite the circumstances of our meeting, it's a pleasure to meet you, Ryuko. [Caelica struggled to pronounce that, trying to spell it in her mind but failing] You're skilled with the sword, I would be honored to have you as an ally.
