NEWSPAPER - BIWEEKLY EDITION
[Did you subscribe to The Genessia Tribune? Did you even remotely wish you had a newspaper or some other form of media to refer to for news, weather, and current events? Then you're in luck! There's a paperboy riding through the streets of Genessia flinging newspapers onto doorsteps or, if you're unlucky, through your window. Even remote locations in the other cities will still get a paper if one of the residents ever wanted one. The Paperboy is just that dedicated.]

Fear Overcame
The man behind the incident in Fayren during Halloween has been brought to justice. Sun Wukong, long time bounty hunter and Yang Xiao Long brought the man to justice. The Royal Family has seen to his imprisonment, the location of which will be unknown except to a select few. As he was carted away, he was hearing saying "This isn't over! He will rise!"
Investigation into just how he was able to escape is still underway. If he had an accomplice in his escape, then they will need to be brought in as well in hopes of stopping this from happening again. But at this time, no new information on the subject is available. The Royal Family is planning a special ceremony for the two bounty hunters. It has been said by a person close to the royal family that they are to be Knighted, bestowing upon them the title of Sir Sun Wukong and Dame Yang Xiao Long as thanks for their service.
Pet Adoption Festival
Over the weekend, Whateverfur held a Harvest Pet Adoption Festival. The Schnee Company helped to bring this event to life in hopes of finding homes for animals in the shelter. But it wasn’t just a festival for the animals, there was food, games, arts and crafts and many other things.
The turn out seemed rather sizable, and from that alone it seems like the event may have been a success. All thanks should go to Weiss Schnee and Hikari Yagmi for taking the time to put together this event for such a noble cause. If you missed your chance to attend the event and adopt a pet, fear not. Whatevfur still has many animals that can use a good home, so pay them a visits!
Upcoming Elections
It's coming up to the month we've all been waiting for. City Guardian Elections. They are always an exciting thing that comes across especially with the way things are in some cities. Uprisings in Everglade over the necromancy ban are among one of the major things to come from this. Some wonder if the guardians will keep there places while others wonder if it will all change. No one will know who will win, but never the less it will be such an exciting thing to watch and behold.
Everglade Necromancy
Speaking of Everglade the group who seem to not like the current Guardian's necromancy ban have been making themselves known closer to the upcoming elections. More signs and more notices have been popping up everywhere about it and asking for the current guardian to be replaced. 'The necromancy ban is pretty much no more dead people, which is part of what Everglade has always been' about according to a source. They continued by saying 'We respect both the living and the dead and give them equal chance. This ban is disrespectful to the city and it's people.'
We do not know what will happen, but never the less it's obvious that not everyone in Everglade is happy about it.
Declawed
A plot by the cyborg group Red Claw was foiled by a mysterious blonde woman. Their latest plot involved stealing chemicals. It was discovered that the stolen chemicals were used to great an explosive device. Further investigation into the foiled plot revealed that the group planned to use the explosive device to disperse corrosive chemicals over a specific city block.
Fortunately, the plot was stopped before it could happen. But the group itself is still at large. Stay vigilant citizens! And be on the lookout for suspicious behavior. We will bring you more news on this nefarious group as it unfolds.
Dark Friday
Stores are preparing for the upcoming sale on November 27th. It’s a sale that always happens on the last Friday of every November. New inventory is being brought in and papers announcing the stores markdowns on items will be going out. Be prepared, shoppers. This sale can be rather cutthroat. Just in Nova City last year, a man was tossed through a storefront window for trying to snag the item of another shopper!
So if this is your first time attending the sale, be on guard. And try to avoid getting into any confrontations with other shoppers.
Fayren Unearthed
It has been reported over the weekend that Ancient Ruins have been discovered in Fayren. The town has been abuzz about it and Archaeologist are scrambling to get their hands on any artifact so it can be studied. Likewise, Peddlers and other shop keeps are scrambling just as hard, as there are many in the city willing to pay high bill for a rare item. Any items found in the ruins are property of whoever finds them, so parties interested in having them are on the lookout for anyone that manages to go in and return with one of the items. Though with as dangerous as the place seems to be, some are losing hope of obtaining anything.

Rose Creeper: Someone has been going around to people’s houses leaving black roses, while they’re out, sleep or in the shower. It is unknown why the person is doing this, but it is making people very uncomfortable. A level 2 payment is being offered for anyone that can capture the culprit.
Nova City
Lightning Sniper: A lightning gun has been stolen from a Weapons Company in Nova City. The weapon can fire a shots of electricity at long ranges with great accuracy. The stolen weapon has been used in three murders over the last few days. A level 3 payment is being offered for the capture of the murder.
Everglade
Extorted: A local group of supernatural gangsters have been extorting money from local businesses. One owner has had their hands beaten with a hammer for not paying up. The citizens are too afraid to act but someone has decided to offer a level 3 payment to anyone that can bring down this group.
Fayren
There is a force that permeates through the place, making some travel magic impossible. This is what lead to the Explorer’s group perishing. If you are aware of the danger, and still wish to go, then request a map to the ruins at the Worn Wand Bar in Fayren.
Special Bounty Note: There is no limit to how many people can accept this bounty. Everyone is welcomed to go alone or form a party. There is no level payment for this, instead those that post here accepting it will be given a randomized item that will be found during their exploration (For parties, each member will receive an item). The item can be sold to a peddler or archaeologist for a payment level between 1 – 5 or be kept instead of sold. An open log can be found here, but people are welcomed to make their own logs for it.

Red Knife: In Attleton, there have been a string of murders. During the knife, a bloody knife will be plunged into a door. The following night, a member of the household will turn up dead. Even when the people in question have bodyguards, this still is the case. It is unknown how the person is accomplishing this, but a level 3 payment is being offered to anyone that can bring the culprit in.

Chambers & Wyverns:
An entrance to some old ruins have been found in the Fayren forest. No information has been found on what the place contains, but there are many that are quite interested in what the dungeon holds. So an open call has been put out to anyone that wishes to explore. Peddlers and archaeologist alike are willing to pay out money to anyone that finds an item and brings it back to them. But be warned..dangers lurk inside the ruins. A team of explorers went inside to check it out and only one member returned returns. He reported that there are at least five levels to the place. He reported encountering reanimate Skeletons, Living Vines, Dire Bats and Clockroaches. (There are also Giant Boars, Dire Wolves, Twig Blights, Barghest and Stone Golems lurking around.)

Throughout Attleton, households have been discovered with little signs of forced entry, but within is a gruesome display of brutality. The inhabitants - regardless of gender or age - have been maimed, mangled, and ripped apart. There have been signs of fire as surfaces have been charred, but most disturbing is the pentagrams and runes painted across the walls, floor, and any other surface using the blood of the inhabitants.
