[Action]

[The weather was good, and as such, Akihiko was refusing to sit still. As such, there will be a half-naked cape guy jogging (albeit at high speeds) throughout Genessia, shadowboxing as he goes when the path wasn't crowded or there were other people that might take it as a threatening pose. The one thing that was certain, was that he never stopped moving. Even at stop lights he jogged in place, checking his pulse.]

[He was not opposed to anyone joining him either, and could even be persuaded to take a break.]

[Well that was an interesting sight if he had to admit it himself. He never really saw anyone who kept moving on the spot like that for whatever reason. He himself, was sitting for the crossing, needing to be somewhere soon.]

I must ask what exactly you are doing?

[Akihiko just gives Fai a bewildered look. Isn't it obvious?]

I'm training.

[There's a blue sparkly phoenix flying overhead, though he tries to coast to stay roughly at the same speed.]

Training for a special match, or just in general, eh?

[Because gambling get.]

Training for what?

[He looked to see the cars had started to slowly down to a stop. It meant it was nearly time to cross soon.]

[It was a lovely day for a walk around Genessia. A perfect time to take in the sights, meet new people, and hope they don't run away when Teepo starts talking. But for now, Elize just felt like sitting on the grass with her best friend, gleefully bouncing him up and down like a little potato-shaped basketball.

But then, some odd sounds were steadily growing closer. It reminded Elize of Jude, somehow. Teepo was the first to chime in as something came into view, and it certainly wasn't Jude.]

"Hey! What's that?"

[Elize stopped bouncing Teepo as she got back to her feet to see a half-naked super hero run by, punching at absolutely nothing. Neither had anything to say.]

[What has been seen cannot be unseen or explained.]

[Akihiko glances up, and slows a bit as the sheer spectacle sets in on him for a moment. A sparkling blue phoenix. Not the weirdest thing he'd seen, but he wouldn't be believing it if he wasn't seeing it. ...In fact he'd flat out said as much. Still he speeds back up to his normal pace soon enough.]

Nothing special. Just gotta be at the top of my game at all times.

Nothing in particular. Just gotta stay at the top of my game. Just in case.

[He had noted the slowing cars, but should Fai wish to talk, he'd be more than happy to take a break and talk.]

[Such is the power of Half-Naked Cape man! He was more than happy to keep on until something out of the corner of his eye caught his attention. And by the time he glanced to the side, his foot caught a snag and Akihiko fell flat on his face, skidding an inch before coming to a stop.]

"Serves you right, you streaker!"

[Elize hesitated at first, but he could be seriously hurt. He looked like he sidewalk-surfed on his face!
She hurried over to his side, feeling safe in the fact that he was mostly covered by his cape as she knelt down beside him and held her hands over him, channeling a spirit arte.]

"Pixie Circle!"

[After a few seconds, beneath Half-Naked Cape Man, a glowing green magic circle appeared, reversing any recent damage to his face.]

[Akihiko pushes himself to his feet, fairly unfazed by the fall. He does however, blink as the scrapes on his face heal up with a sensation similar to the healing powers of Personas.]

I'm not a streaker, first of all. [He's just going to glare at the... whatever that is for a moment before turning to Elize.]

Mind if I ask what that is? Never seen anything quite like it. [Akihiko is currently working under the assumption that Elize's companion is some sort of toy.]

"'Course you haven't! I'm a one-of-a-kind plush companion."

"This is Teepo, and he's my friend. I'm Elize."

Top of your game for what? What is it's purpose?

[Because why not ask.]

[ if he's been paying attention at all, he might notice that someone has been following him... he might even hear little tiny clicks ]

[Oh, Akihiko had indeed been paying attention, and after a moment, he ducked into an alley, waiting for whoever was following him to run face first into the annoyed boxer.]

[He finally cones to a stop, reaching for he water bottle on his belt, taking a long drink, letting the opportunity to cross pass.]

I made a promise to a friend. That should she need me for something that only we can do, I would be at the top of my game. I don't suppose that means much in this place, but I'm not going to just forget about the promise either.

"I see."

Akihiko is just going to approach and poke at Teepo for a second. "Kind of reminds me of someone else I met a while ago, though he makes for more bad puns. I'm Akihiko, by the way. Akihiko Sanada."

[Teepo might possibly be the squishiest, bouncy doll Akihiko had ever had the pleasure of poking with a digit.]

"Why are you running around without a shirt on and punching, Akihiko?"

No, I think with this place perhaps being like that is a good thing. After all one can never know what might occur.

[He was always a little bit on alert at least even when working.]

Yeah. Especially considering one of the people from my world that are here. Better be prepared.

[Teddy would likely dispute that. And he did have some dang nice fur.]

Training. Gotta be at the top of my game.

[ Nozaki blinks when the other seems to disappear and he goes to find him ]

[And as soon as he does, Akihiko will be grabbing the front of Nozaki's shirt and pulling him into the alley.]

Why are you following me?

[He smiled slightly. He figured he should train or something, but he still had a few things about him he likes, one of them is the fact he can sometimes be lazy.]

So you have someone you want to look out for as well.

[Thre's a sort of sorrow that comes over Akihiko as he shakes his head, replacing the bottle on his belt.]

It's... not that kind of promise. I promised a couple friends that I wouldn't let what they'd done be undone, and someone with power and a history of abusing that power is in this world.

If they try anything, I'll be there to take them down.

[He listened as they would have to wait for the next crossing signal before being able to do anything.]

I see... still a pretty noble thing at least. I assume your doing the same here?

[He nods a bit, stretching his arms across his chest as he talks.]

I am. My vow doesn't stop at the edge of my world. A very special friend gave their all to protect everyone, the least I can do is carry on that legacy as best I can, wherever I go.

[He nodded, looking up at the cars going by briefly.]

I... can't say I truly understand it fully. But I understand that want and need to protect people. Or at least for me, those closest to me.

[Those that he considered family at this point anyway.]

But hey, I am sure you will do well here. Just help both the natives and non natives and you are good. They will appreciate it.

[ Nozaki just leans over when the other pulls his shirt. oh. this is not going well... ]

...Uh.

[Akihiko isn't impressed. He just keeps a tight grip on Nozaki's shirt.]

I won't ask again. Why were you following me?

It's a long story. One that I'd rather not get into just yet.

[That gets a bit of a chuckle. A sad, nostalgic, sort of chuckle.]

Sounds like something Arisato would say...

That's fine, there are always something people would rather not talk about. But it was a pleasant conversation never the less.

[He smiled, he could see it was changed back to green and they could continue on.]

Well I will leave you here to carry on your training.

Yeah, nice meeting you. We should do this again.

[He does a quick 2-fingered salute before darting off again. It wasn't until he had already gotten two blocks away that he realized he'd never even asked Fai's name.]
