Hey! Are you guys good with handling sales? What about magical items?

"Um, well, I can channel spirit artes. So it's kind of like magic. I think.

Oh, and I use wands to help me focus."

Oh! Using a wand is similar to some of the magic I use!

I work a charms store, I sell magical protections for Everglade!

"Hmm... Everglade?"

"Isn't that where all the ghouls, ghosts and goblins live?"

Well yes...

[ Konoka can tell that she's probably lost them... ]

"Well we ain't afraid of no ghosts!"

[Lies and fabrications. Elize would shriek if a dog ran around with a sheet on its head. And yet she is brave enough to be involved in some of the most spectacular fights against monsters.]

"But the city is, at least, safe in the day time, right?"

Of course it is! We only work during daylight anyway, to maximize safety.

"That's good. If I start working at your charms shop, what would I do? ...Would I have to leave Fayren?"

"Wait, did this become an official interview?"

I don't think you do! I know of a couple of people who live and work in separate cities.

As far as what you'd do, you'd be helping me by working the sales counter and showing some customers on how the charms work. I will of course, show you how the charms work too!

"I think that will be perfect then."

"Hopefully Ludger, Milla and Alvin don't mind, because we kinda didn't tell them."

Ummm... Please get that sorted out. I don't want you getting into trouble for my sake.

[ She also didn't want to be responsible for it, considering help turned out to be much younger than she expected, but she wasn't going to knock competent assistance at any age. ]

"Okay! I'll go talk to my friends the next time I see them."

Hooray! When are you free?

"When am I free...? To start working or something else?

Yes, I was referring to after you had talked to your friends, of course.

But if you're serious about this I'd like to know when to expect you, even if Everglade is safe during the day, you never know if something might hold you up.

"I don't know exactly when I can start. I'm hoping my friends will decide before the end of the week."

[Her friends are really protective of her.]

You aren't going to school? Do you have someone to stay with?

"We've never been to school..."

"I live in a apartment in Fayren with friends from my world. So I'm learning from them."

Well, I'm glad there's someone taking care of you.. but you really should be in school, not worrying about work. At your age there's a lot to learn about the world.

"But all my friends have jobs, so I want one too."
