9TH BARK | TESTING & SURPRISES [CLOSED]
Who: Toby Allaway: Jefferson, Belle French, Cas Lopez
Where: Not completely finished Diner/Tavern
Why: Cuz...
When: Around Now-ish
CLOSED TO BELLE & JEFFERSON
[Toby has tested his beers and is now looking to test his menu. He knows what Cas and Clay will probably say so he decides to grab a pair of people who might have different opinions. Belle, he knows isn’t interested in beer, so he invites her hoping that she might be able to give him an opinion on the food. Jefferson is an odd duck and if Toby can surprise or impress the man then he can probably get this business started without much trouble.
He sends out invitations via a text. It’s short, blunt and leaves little room for argument or reply. He then waits at the specified time for the pair to show up. He has a kitchen counter set up as a table, it isn’t anything fancy but there are three chairs and plates.
Toby has a few things cooking but he won’t put the dishes together until both Belle and Jefferson arrive. He also hopes to get some input about his puns too… it’s important.]
CLOSED TO CAS
[He’d meant to surprise her sooner but with all the crap going on it’s been difficult. At least now the surprise will be better because the apartment is now furnished.
Toby waits just outside the building that he’ll soon spend most of his time in. He knows any closer and she’ll be able to guess what it is and if he’s planning to make this a surprise he’s planning to go all out for it. It’s a little silly but after writing a menu with 25 different puns on it he really doesn’t care about silly.
