A part time job, Daein, day out [Video/Action]
The Tea Time Cafe seems to have a new waitress there.
Granted, working at some place like this was not Micaiah's first choice, but when it came down to things, Maribelle was far too convincing (and she needed to have money coming in before she wound up being unable to pay for her own food! So that's what she was doing today. Donning one of Maribelle's provided dresses she had been slowly getting used to serving customers. She was still cautiously slow, but considering the swift training Maribelle put her under she was at least competent. Fortunately, the restaurant wasn't too busy at this time, so her slowness wouldn't be a problem, albeit she was surely working on getting faster.
For those of you wandering into the cafe, you'll likely see her taking orders and bringing out food. She always seemed to greet people with a smile, seemingly making her popular with the patrons.

[ Micaiah is taking a break, and is currently deciding to use the device to ask a question that had been bothering her since before the festival. ]
I didn't think a job like this could be so... intense! Maribelle was right.
...b-but anyway, for everyone that's been here, I'm quite curious. Has there been any reports of this place's history? I've read a few of the past newspapers, but I don't have a strong understanding of this place in the least.

He does miss the puzzles that used to come with the last tea shop, but Luke hasn't been about very often. So he does the next best thing and reads while he sips tea in whatever's the most novel flavor. He almost missed the maid entirely, but the hair was unmistakable, even to his addled brain.]
Micaiah! Fancy meeting you here. And a maid, too, haha! What's the story behind that?
[Action]
[ Micaiah had been busy setting a plate down for another patron, and thus only recognized Ted when he had recognized her. She stopped by as soon as she could ]
Ah, Maribelle turned out to be convincing at a time my initial earnings had been running out. I intend to find something a little more permanent later.

I'd feel bad just listening in on people's business. I'm sure there are plenty who would be happy to talk.
Re: [Action]
"Heh, that's probably for the best then, keeping a moderate and varied pace. They say much wisdom leads to much sorrow, and it'd be sorrowful to find you in tears because of enlightenment. Seems you've struck a good balance."
[He looks a little shy at his remark. People were always saying that if you didn't want things read on the internet, don't put them there. As a purely rational corollary, didn't that mean that if they were out in the open, they were practically inviting him to take a peek?]
"Er, heh, you would? Even when the words are freely hanging in the air?"
[Action]
I'd like to respect people's boundaries, however.
[ She heard someone attempting to call out for her attention. She IS on the clock, even if the day is slow. ]
Ah, I'll be right back!
video;
As for the history.... I am unsure myself, there doesn't seem to be much, does there?
Re: [Action]
[He laughed as the pressures of the job asserted themselves. Not the best place for conversation, he figured.]
"Oh, take your time! Business before pleasure, and all that!" [Ted would endeavor to respect workplace boundaries, at least, and talk a little more before bidding her good morning.]
video;
Yes, she is. Maribelle was umm... very convincing about needing my help.
It appears there isn't much in the way of history, as what we know only seems to go back four years. Still, I'd hope to learn more about it.

Ah, as I said before, though it wouldn't necessarily stop me, I'd still feel a little bad listening in on secrets... but then again if they were secret, I'd imagine they'd do more to conceal them.
video; im late im sorry!
And I think the ones that have been here for a while now have been around for... two of three years, we may have to ask them about a history.
video;
...but then again Maribelle also taught me everything I know so far about waitressing, so she is much more about it than the average noble I know of.
That will certainly be an idea.
