Girls Day & Night!

Who: Yukiko and any girl who took up the offer for a girls day and night. Night is more for the older girls past a certain time.
What: Yukiko just wanted a time for girls to have fun, so she set this up.
Where: Starts off at Amagi Inn
When: 10/09
Warnings: Nothing....for now. Dun, DUn, DUUUUUUUN!

[Yukiko had set things up so they could leave whenever they wanted to and come in whenever they wanted it. After all it was all a thing to have fun and relax, maybe get to know one another. As for what sorts of things she had set up one will just have to find out.]

Spa

[One of the things Yukiko had set up was to have a nice and calm morning at the spa, getting a massage if one wanted or even simply a pedicure or manicure. Whatever one wanted to relax, Yukiko was more than likely to offer to pay.]

Tea Lunch

[When lunch came around, Yukiko had set it up at her inn so that would have a little tea party. Complete with sandwiches, scones and cake. There was even a selection of teas one could pick from. So eat, enjoy and nod over tea and cake.]

Amagi Inn Baths

[Afternoon was simply the time for them to spend it in Yukiko's inn in the baths. It was relaxing, calm and it was a nice time to spend bonding or just having a fun time splashing people if one wanted to.]

Night: Karaoke

[For those who were younger, Yukiko had made sure they had a room at the inn for them to sleep at free of charge, but for those over a certain age she made sure to take them out for a night of singing. That is fun after all, right?]

[Anastasia had been looking forward to this ever since she asked about it when the plan was first announced. So the first stop was a Spa? Such a thing didn't exist in her world. However...

Mani and pedicures were something she was familiar with. Perhaps even get her hair done? If it's even offered. She was aware there are some age limits to the services here, so perhaps getting her hair and nails done will be her choice. But what color? What style? The choices felt endless.

She turned to the other girls who joined to ask for suggestions.]

"Does...anyone have any recommendations for me?"

[Anastasia plans on being a little quieter for the tea party. Which is contrast from how she was back in her world where she held little tea parties for her pet bunny and a maid. She doesn't want to talk to people like she talks to her bunny.

Anastasia picks out a small slice of cake with a strawberry on it, but wasn't picky with the tea. She eventually did speak up, though.]

"This has been a delightful day."

[She doesn't care how the other girls might do it, Anastasia is content remaining covered in a towel and bathingsuit and sitting along the edge of the bath with just her legs in the water, lightly kicking the water, making small waves in the bath.]

[ Singing? Konoka's there. So far, the night was going wonderfully and she couldn't wait to have fun with Yukiko and all the others there. Though she wanted to sing, she didn't actually want to go first--there was amusement in seeing who set the pace music wise. ]

[Oh man, a day where she could relax, enjoy some spa treatments and not have to worry about this crazy place was a good day for Hana. The girl's not shy about being there either, already sitting in one of the chairs to get a pedicure and manicure combo.]

Mm...you really know what's a good way to relax.

Re: Night: Karaoke

[Karaoke was definitely a good way to end the night. Singing, a little partying...well, she could party a bit, she wasn't sure how old the other girls were.


But the songs...were all different than what she was used to. Looking through them, they were all pretty unfamiliar.]

Oh boy...I get the feeling that songs aren't the only thing different here.

[Bath time finds Hana with a towel loosely wrapped around herself, sitting on the edge of the water for now with her communicator out. She's fiddling with the settings and the programs inside, trying to figure out how close to a regular phone it is.


And just what games could be played on it.]

Well... [Yukiko paused for a moment.]

Blue might work, or perhaps a nice light pink.

Admittedly, I never really had something like this done. Or when I did it was rarely. So it's a nice change of pace.

[She knew some girls seem to like this kind of thing, thus why she thought it was a good idea.]

"Light pink is a cute color. I'll go with that. Thank you."

[Anastasia made her request and was on her way to have her nails done. She hasn't had something like this in well over a year.]

"What color are you going for?"

I'm going for red.

[As if she doesn't wear red enough, she figured she might as well get ti for her nails as well. It was such a lovely colour after all.]

Might as well go for ones favourite colour.

"Oh. So you wear red merely for being your favorite color?"

[She had a feeling that was the case, but never bothered to ask just to be certain. It was, so that's one more drip-drop of knowledge to her collection. The nations of her world were fiercely color-coded.]

"Now that I think of it, you remind me of one of my companions from home. She wore lots of red, too."

No... A friend suggested red suited me some time ago. So here it's more... like a fond reminder of that friend while they aren't here.

[She smiled slightly. She did miss her friends everyday and she liked to have that little reminder, even if it was something as small as a colour.]

Ah, did she? Is it because it was her favourite or another reason?

[Anastasia missed her friends too. Her real friends that behaved in a less predictable manner.]

"Well... Another reason. In my world, citizens wore the primary colors of their nation."

[Anastasia lifted her long skirt slightly to show the white patterns over the blue fabric.]

"My kingdom's flag has blue and white, so my people wear those colors. While colors used by hostile nations are almost never worn."

Ah, I see.

[So that was what it was like in her world at least. It was quite interesting when she thought about it.]

So you only wear those colours? Never anything else.

"No, I'll wear other colors. I often wear pink as well. And sometimes green, yellow... Maybe some purple. Not all at once, of course."

[If her outfits displayed those colors heavily, it would be a clown suit.]

It's always good to treat yourself after a hard day's work.

[Or while looking for work.]

Besides, you can't say that getting a spa treatment is ever bad.

Of course, too many colours at once is a bad thing really.

[But Yukiko always found she never did that at least as she looked over at the nails that were currently being done. So far the red looked nice at least.]

Colours are nice for that pop of colour when you need it though.

it's not, but the closest where I use to live was in the city, which meant getting the train for the most part.

[Long journey, but she also had her scooter if she wanted to go via that back then. But she knew those were the only two ways for her.]

It's why it was so rare.

[Anastasia made little sounds of agreement as her turn came in another chair, still close enough to talk to Yukiko.]

"I've had some passing thoughts about trying other hair styles. What do you think? Should I try?"

I see. I don't know if I could stand the countryside. What do you guys even have to do there?

[She's a girl of fashion, of games, of entertainment! Countryside definitely didn't seem her kinda deal.]

Trying is always a good idea. If you don't like it then you can try something else or go back to what you are use to.

[Not that she should talk really when her hair style has been pretty much the same most of the time she has been here.]

Not a lot, but we make do.

[Mostly hang around places for the most part.]

But for those who can travel it's much easier.

Fair enough.

[D.Va's nodding, though she'd probably find herself way too antsy to stay in a place like that.]

Do you guys at least get TV and internet and games?

[firefandance]

[She nodded slightly. TV's she knew all too well at least considering that was the means to get to the other world for the most part.]

We did, Junes the store that was open where I lived sold them.

"I may have one idea on what to try..."

[With her free hand, she collected some hair into a side ponytail.]

"I'm thinking bunny ears."

[Also know as twin tails.]

Ah, I think that would be cute.

[That might not have been what they were going for, but never the less it was what she was thinking.]

I think you would pull it off rather well.

"Then I need to arrange to make it happen. I just need to decide one thing... Scrunchy, or ribbons."

[firefandance]

"While ribbons would look nice, scrunchys would probably be the best to keep them in place without the need to keep redoing them." Not that she would really know, but she knew at least what ribbons were like.
