With a nod of approval, Jade entered the carriage and closed the door. He sat down and wait a few moments until he felt the Ferris Wheel move slowly up, up, up to greet the sky. Meanwhile, he can see Ms.Chiaki at the ground floor become smaller and smaller, watching him. He gave her a wave, to gesture her that he is all right. The ride isn't that entirely smooth as it slowly rocks back and forth, with a faint creaky sound.

Once his carriage reached the top of the Ferris Wheel however, something interesting happens. If Chiaki hears a sound, a sound of a (trap) door is being opened.

Chiaki will have a few moments to go find the source of the sound, while Jade's carriage will stay for a pause at the top for about 2 to 3 minutes. In the meanwhile, Jade will enjoy the view of the grey, shadowy parts of the entire abandoned amusement park from his window.
