Job Hunting [Action]

[Soma's been in the cities for a grand total of three days, and he's already tired of the tiny studio apartment. He's been informed that the cash he was given could conceivably get him another place - but that it would be just as tiny, just as soulless. In short? He needs to find someplace to get more. Which is why he's currently walking through the door of the Cloak and Dagger, a pack slung over one shoulder with all of his current worldly possessions in it. All the stuff that wouldn't fit in his pockets, anyway. Apparently, whatever magic powered his hammerspace pockets objected to handling completely mundane objects - they simply fell through his coat like his pockets had great big gaping holes in them.]

[Now that he's here, though, he almost wishes he wasn't. There is something decidedly off about this shop, and even the city of Everglade itself, but he can't for the life of him put his finger on what. He can feel his own power rising in defense against possible aggression, though he doesn't even know which way to look for it.]
