Action for Genessia City
It was cold, but then it had been cold in Japan too. Even if the Medicine Seller was capable of registering that level of discomfort it wouldn't have been a shock. It wasn't even really fair to call his reaction to the sudden change in his surroundings a shock.
.... Was safe to say he wasn't happy though. Blizzard or not, he wasn't staying in the bay, and despite the storm, soon the colorful figure was wandering through the streets, seemingly unbothered by the sheer strength of the blizzard itself. Actually he seemed more vaguely annoyed by it than actually hampered, occasionally going to play with the communicator he'd arrived with.
The way he treated it seemed to be a mixture of irritation and fascination, having to constantly take breaks from trying to operate it as he constantly seemed to grow weary of attempting to make it do something he wanted it to.
Technology is dumb.
At some point, however, he can be spotted taking refuge, if one could call it that, inside a bus stop, neatly perched on the bench next to the medicine box and toying with the communicator again, almost boredly fiddling with the buttons even as a particularly vicious blast of wind ripped through the street.
Yeah okay, that's cool and all but he wants to know how this stupid cellphone works.

Tsukihito is known to be scantily-clad most of the time since he forgoes pants often but not today. He's covered from neck toe dressed in traditional Japanese garbs with his white hair tied up in a tall ponytail with a single red ribbon. Tsukihito looks picture perfect, a real beauty. For once, he doesn't wear his signature scowl upon his face. He seems oddly content but his mood always changes with the wind.
Idly walking near the bustop, Tsukihito comes to a slow halt once he spots a man sitting there upon the bench. He blinks his eyes several times in confusion once he notices the large box-like object seated beside this strange man. The kitsune's tall white ears flicker a little as he dares to approach.
"You'll catch a death of a cold waiting for a bus that will never come." He says quietly with only a hint of humor in his tone.

As it was, the howling wind barely seemed to breeze through him, like it was a pleasant spring morning in the stop.
He looked up calmly, staring at the man who just spoke. The box rattles gently, sending up a musical series of gentle bell chimes, even as he goes and slips the communicator back inside his robes and focuses more on Tsuki.
"I wanted to sit for a moment. I wouldn't know where any of the buses went, currently, even if I was waiting."
New guy here. If he registered the differences on Tsuki, he never really gave any sign of it.

The other feels....different, uniquely different from everyone else. Most of the inhabitants of Genessia are human. Very rarely are they anything else, so imagine his surprise to see someone who's clearly inhuman. He's kind of excited.
"Is that so?" Tsuki couldn't help but smile some. He knows what it's like to feel suddenly stranded someplace. This man his handling his arrival here than Tsukihito did. The former deity was close to rampaging about when he arrived. It was quite unbecoming.
"Do you require any aid?"

There doesn't seem to be much from the dainty figure in the bus stop, quietly watching Tsuki with a lazy, calm expression. As if this might have been a conversation he's had a dozen times before.
"... It would be nice, to find some sort of relief from the elements." Despite everything, he still enjoyed some creature comforts. How could he not?

The kitsune prefers silence above all things else but he also enjoys company just as much. This is why he humors the idea of inviting this man to a local tea shop that earned his loyalty as of late. It's a quiet and relaxing atmosphere with just the faint hint of music playing in the background and fabulous organic teas. Surely the newcomer would appreciate the gesture.
"Then please feel free to follow me." Tsukihito says with a faint smile. "I know of a place where you can escape the elements for a time. Don't worry about coin."
