"Ah, relatives... aren't they great?" Tannu shook his head. He was pretty sure he'd been chewed on after he'd died this time, considering Cassian's apparent plans to hunt him down -- literally. It didn't really bother him; dead meat was dead meat. At least someone had gotten something out of it, right? Whatever.
"You may as well come in, I could use the distraction," Tannusen fumbled with the lock for a moment, and then pushed the door open. The bar was quiet, closed in the day-time; dormant, chairs up on tables, menus tucked away. Tannusen switched the lights on and took a moment to look the place over, once inside.
He very nearly hadn't come back at all.
"Eternal afterlife, huh? Doesn't really apply. As far as anyone can tell, once I stop reincarnating, I'll just... stop existing." Which really didn't sound so bad, once one hit a certain level of self-loathing. Absolutely terrifying, but not... so bad.
Existence kinda sucked.
"I've actually heard of other people dying on their own world and waking up here. I guess your brother missed out on his meal."
