[It should be no surprise that there hasn't been much out of Shinmyoumaru since she first arrived. When the rest of the people around her are dozens of times taller then her, she is easy to overlook. Since she'd arrived she'd taken up residence in a rather ignoble palace compared to the one she left behind; a literal birdhouse. Thankfully the birds left her alone after the first time she was forced to chase them away! But for some reason the tiny girl had chosen to address the people around her today. She sat on the porch of her 'house', bare feet dangling over the edge.]
A..ahem. I suppose most of you don't know me. I mean, some of you. A few of you came to help me the first night I showed up awhile ago. Um...thanks for that. I really mean it. There aren't a lot of people that care about me, so it was nice to meet some good ones right away. But for those of you I did not meet that night, my name is Shinmyoumaru Sukuna, and I am an inchling.
[Her face takes on as serious an expression as she can manage. It is still hard for her to look serious with that cutesy little face, though.]
But I need some help again. The help of someone that knows a lot about magic and magical stuff! I have a particular magical item in my possession. Its supposed to recharge after being used, but it seems to be recharging really, really, really slowly here. I haven't been able to use it once since I arrived!
[Otherwise she might not be stuck living in a birdhouse.]
So...umm..I was wondering if there was anyone that could maybe give it a little jolt? I mean, I'm not asking for a handout, I can give you something for your help. Almost anything really, as long as you're not asking to take over the world or something dumb like that.
[For some reason her face frowns for a moment. Just a moment, but long enough to be noticeable.]

[He doesn't know about magic but he does have a certain sort of electrical current he can utilise and any opportunity to get something in return is not something he passes up.]

Re: [Video]
I didn't know about it until recently, so I don't really know. Its supposed to just come back, its a super powerful artifact after all!
[She has nothing to say about the unusual look of the man addressing her. If there was one thing she'd learned from standing an inch high, it was not to feel prejudice over silly things.]
no subject
[She hasn't interacted with the outside world a great deal, she isn't exactly sure what the right word is.]
Well, if you CAN help it'd be really great! I've been waiting on it to regain its power so I can be big again, but its taking too long. At this rate someone'll squish me before it happens! I've already had a few close calls from people not paying attention.
What does it do?
Re: [Video]
[She's not kidding, the last time she used it she'd thrown her home into chaos. It got better, though. It normally does.]
Of course really big things take more power, and ask something in return. Like I say it can do anything, but like...well, say I go 'I want to rule the world!' and use it. The price for something like that would be super high. Like I might rule the world, but then die. And I don't want that. You never know what it might do if you ask for too much, so I normally stick to really small things. I just want to use it to be big like normal people, so they'll see me.
What price do you think you'll have to pay for such a request?
Re: [Video]
[She ducks back into the birdhouse, and emerges carrying a small mallet. Small, even in her hands, it would obviously be difficult for any normal sized person to hold.]
Its an inchling artifact, and only we can get it to work its magic.
[Which is actually somewhat of a guess, she'd already admitted that she hadn't even had the thing that long. But she does know she has to hold it in her hands to get it work, and most hands wouldn't be able to hold it so much as just cover it up.]
I'm afraid I don't really have any money aside from what I have left over from when I first got here. I can't really carry it with me, its too big.
[Clearly she needs an incredibly tiny credit card.]
[He was skeptical but if it did work... There was potential there. He wasn't busy right now so figured that he may as well give it a try.]

... Squish you?

Yes. I introduced myself as an inchling, after all. Just like my kind's name suggests, we are....
[For some reason calling herself short bothered her, so.....]
Well, the other people of the world tend to be far larger then us.
There's this huge forest they call a 'park' in the middle of the city with all the buildings you can't see the top of. Umm...Genessia City? I think it was? I....
[There's a pause.]
Maybe I should come to you. Don't worry, I move faster then you might think, I don't have to walk.
[Magical flight is not a rare thing in those from Gensokyo. Even the one inch tall girls can manage it.]
Fine. I'm also in Genessia City.
[And he gives an address; map if she needs it. He's currently rooming in Deadpool's condo in the ritzier side of the city.]
Meet me outside. I'll be waiting.
[And he'll be difficult to miss. At over six feet tall, he's a slim, blue alien with red eyes - dressed like some sort of gunslinger from an old Western film.]
When she catches sight of him, she realizes her conversation partner is actually somewhat imposing. The size difference is even more pronounced then normal, she would be lucky to be as tall as one of his fingers was long. However, that was something she was hoping to change, and cowardice wouldn't help with that. She flies her little bowl close enough to be able to be heard when she speaks, floating at eye height to the alien.]
Sorry I was so long, it was a little further then I thought.
Nice ship.
[It's a casual remark before he goes on.]
So you've brought the item?
[Not one for small talk, he's getting straight to the point.]
Of course, if I had to fly all the way back it'd take forever.
[She ducks inside of the bowl, emerging a moment later with a small golden colored hammer in her hand.]
Its the Miracle Mallet. I used it for...umm.....stuff...awhile back, and then to increase my size a bit after that, but it seems like it wore off when I came here. I didn't make it, so I really dunno anything about it other then its magic and only we inchlings can get it to work.
[Of course, as expected, the mallet is also sized for an inchling. Making it quite small.]
[Action!]
You'd better give it to me. If you're holding it, you might be injured and I'm sure somebody would be unhappy about that.
[Not that he cares overly much for her safety but he doesn't know much about magic and as she said she'll need to use the Mallet herself to get it to work. He holds out his gloved hand, palm up, close to her. It's a fingerless brown glove so the tips of his blue fingers can be seen protruding from it.]

I see...! I'll have to be very careful, then! No problem at all.

I'm starting to grow used to watching out for people, too. I didn't have to worry about it so much back home, living with other inchlings meant we didn't have to worry about stepping on each other.
Oh, I never did ask your name. I'm Shinmyoumaru. But I think I said that already.

There is an ever so brief moment of hesitation before the girl in the bowl lays it onto one of the alien's hands. Despite that tiny, brief bit of distrust, she still wears a smile as she leans back into her bowl.]
So, if it does work, what sort of thing would you want? Just remember, if you want something really big, its gonna take a really big amount of power.
[And there's also the other 'cost' associated with it, the one she can't even talk about because it does something different every time.]
no subject
[He closes his hand over the mallet, presses a button on his arm's gauntlet and there's a spark of blue energy briefly wrapped around his hand, like a controlled streak of lightning. It vanishes after a moment and he opens his hand again, moving it close enough so she can take it back. It may not have any real effect since the power wasn't magical; more like giving something a jolt of electricity.]
no subject
Hmmm. It doesn't really FEEL any different...I guess there's only one way to find out!
[She floats her bowl away a short distance, holding the mallet over her head.]
Miracle Mallet! Make me big again!
[Its as dramatic as she can manage, but there doesn't seem to be any power flowing through it. The look on her face becomes more and more disappointed when she remains tiny.]
...Guess it didn't work.
[She sets the 'miraculous' item down, and floats back over. She does her best to put on a smile, it might even be noticeable if one were to look close enough.]
But that isn't your fault. We didn't really know if it was gonna work, anyway.
no subject
[Disappointing, yes, but he supposed it didn't really cost him anything so he couldn't complain.]
What will you do now?
