[The camera captures Anastasia simply laying on the floor of her bedroom as a pink thing curiously sniffs her.]

"You're just so cute..."

[She rolls over onto her belly as she addresses the camera.]

"Does anyone know what kind of toys Pokemon play with? I'm sure they would like to have something else to do than sleep, eat and battle all day."

[It's also to stop her Sylveon from squishing faces. And judging by the pair of ribbons that just appeared on either side of her head, that is exactly what is about to happen.]

Anastasia, I would be careful with Nidoran if I were you.

[Oh hi Professor. He has her attention despite Sylveon's ribbons covering her eyes now.]

"Why? What's wrong with Nidoran?"

Do you see the needles around her body? You will get poisoned if you prick on one.

So try to be cautious if you hold Nidoran if you want to avoid it.

[Anastasia brushes the feelers off of her eyes to check the PokeBit. The info does confirm it's a Poison-type, but she got confused when it states the pink one is male.]

"...So it does. ...How potent is Nidoran's poison?"

It usually enough to knock out a person, but it might be a little fatal to prick too many of his needles.

"Oh, so it's not fatal from just one accidental prick?"

[She's not saying she was, though. But she does worry it will be fatal on her anyway, given her size and frailty.]

Yes, but just in case you were pricked by one of the needles, try to take an antidote to prevent it from getting worst.

"Hmm..."

[Anastasia peered around her surroundings thoughtfully.]

"I don't think I have an antidote. At least, one I am not aware of."

"Hello princess. Did you acquire a new pokemon friend too? I caught another one, and I would like to show you."

He shifted the video of his phone to a dark furred cat sleeping on a pillow on his bed.

"I believe she's called a Alonan Meowth. Apparently she like shiny things especially coins. She seems like royalty, don't you think? But I think that's how most cats are. She's funny, she doesn't like sleeping on the cat bed I bought her or on the couch, and insist claiming this pillow."

I think Poke Mart should have some Antidotes for human consumption, so it might be wise for you to buy some.

But other than that, I hope you will be careful handling Nidoran.

"What if it headbutts me? The PokeBit says Nidoran can get aggressive."

As long you don't touch its sensitive parts and provoke him, it won't attack you.

[She still needs to find toys for her Pokemon as well.]

"Yes, that will work. And yes, I am. They can be so difficult to keep up with, so I wanted to find them toys."

Well, what kind of toys do you want to give to your Pokemon then? Something for them to play with you?

"For them to play with me, to play with each other or play alone. Something all around good for everyone."

I just give them normal toys and see what they have fun with. Balls might also be fun.

[Because who doesn't love a ball?]

[A ball would be a good suggestion for her, but he notices that she wants something more than a ball.]

Have you thought about buying a ball or a doll then? Or something more interesting?

"A ball would be ideal for some, but Cutiefly will be left out. It's so tiny."

[Anastasia remembers when her old Totodile constantly tried to bite Snover, and got a tough ball to keep it from biting things. And then it evolved into Feraligatr... She'll get a ball anyway for Sylveon and Nidoran.]

I see. It might be hard for me to decide what kind of toy will it like, but let's try to find something that may unable for Cutiefly to be left out.

Huh, good question. Mine mostly keeps tryin' to sit on my head and chew on my bow, even though he's a li'l too heavy for me.

[She seems energetic and ready to go.]

"Balls would be a good start for Sylveon and Nidoran. But I don't know about Cutiefly..."

Wow, Anastasia! You have a Pokemon as well?!

[As he is busy being excited, you can see a Noibat perched on his head as well a small blue penguin-like Pokemon on his shoulder.]

"My Sylveon likes to boop noses. Pets seem to have these odd personality traits. Are you okay with Zigzagoon riding on your head, though?"

"Okay, give me a few minutes to check something."

[Anastasia got up to her feet and walked away, leaving the phone where it was, on the ground where who knows what will happen.

Nidoran came into the camera shot, curiously sniffing it and trying to bite it. Luckily the phone was just a bit too big. The Nidoran moved when Anastasia returned a few minutes later.]

"I have permission and the weather looks safe enough for me, so I can come to the bay now, if that's okay."

"Hi, Tony. Yes, I do. They are Sylveon, Cutiefly and Nidoran. Who are yours?"

[She turns from the camera for a moment to glance down at it. It stares right back up at her as if nothing's wrong, then she looks back at the phone.]

If he was a bit lighter— [Is that an indignant bark?] —I think I'd be fine with it, but he's gotta be like almost forty pounds or somethin'. Looks like he only really does it for attention though, so I'm thinkin' I should try to get him doin' something else when he wants to play around.

[As he waits for Anastasia's return, he notices that her Nidoran is trying to bite her phone. While he wanted to scold the little Pokemon, he can't help but smile at his little curiosity to it.

Once she came back however, he make a mental note to remind her about his curiosity over her phone.]

Good. I'll see you then.

[With that, he left his apartment and heads off to the Bay in order to meet up with the young princess.]

Well, I got this Noibat on my head and a Cutiefly I recently got in the park.

Ooh, I also got this penguin. I think the PokeFit called him "Piplup".

[Just then, he quickly screamed in pain as Anastasia can see electricity flowing around his body before he recovers.]

And yeah, I got this Stunfisk...

[Speaking of which, he starts to snickered in the background at the misery he is giving to Tony.]

"That is too heavy..."

[She goes quiet to ponder for a moment.]

"Maybe play a game with it? Your own scavenger hunt, perhaps?"

[Since it was a fair bit of distance between Satsuki's apartment in Nova to the Bay in Genessia, Anastasia did the smart thing and flew there on a broom fitted with a bike seat. It only took her less than half the time to get there.

Upon arriving at the Bay where the Professor waited at, Anastasia landed and hopped off her broom.]

"I'm here."

Definitely too heavy. I mean, I was jus' barely over seventy myself, last time I actually checked. [She has no idea what kind of minefield she could be wandering into.

But fortunately, she doesn't pursue the subject of weight any more than actually necessary, and sticks to the actual subject at hand.] He does seem t'like findin' stuff. I got a sudden rock collection outta nowhere 'cuz he kept pickin' up a bunch while we were out the other day. I could try hidin' them and have him go lookin' again.

[That reminds Anastasia to check herself. She wants to maintain a healthy weight after all. She wants to stay pretty.]

"Yes, I think that would be fun. Why not give it a try with your Zigzagoon?"

"But as for toys, it's different. Two of my pokemon, they like to levitate their objects and toss them around and play catch." Which often leads to accidentally breaking stuff around Abel's apartment. "My Meowth just wants to oogle at shiny coins or at herself in the mirror, but doesn't seem interested in a ball of yarn."

So not much help there to her question.

[A flying broom. That's very new to him to see.

Regardless, he smiled at the young girl as he approaches her.]

I can guess you brought your Pokemon friends, correct?

I think I'll be takin' him back to that park then, either tomorrow or the day after. There's plenty o' space there for that sorta thing. [She might end up with more rocks than she'd have hidden by the time it's over, but as long as Zigzagoon's rock collection doesn't get too big, she doesn't see that being any real problem.]

If you're out that way when we're there— [And that's suddenly Zigzagoon's face right up in the phone yes hello you're the girl with the Sylveon aren't you HI.] Wha— Hey! [Celia nudges the little terror until it moves off to one side and jumps back down to the floor.

Trying again:] If you're out that way when we're there, then we could make a little contest out of it or somethin', like between him an' what'd you call 'er? Sylvia? [Did she remember that correctly?] We could see which o' them can find more, if she'd wanna do that sorta thing.

I guess for ones that can fly, that is true, but think of what birds like and figure it out from there.

"Yes, I did."

[Anastasia pulls out three pokeballs and calls forth the creatures within. Sylveon, Cutiefly and Nidoran materialise and each sound off in greeting.]

[Once he sees the cute Pokemon Anastasia has, Augustine then approaches them with a gentle smile on his face.]

Why, hello everyone. It's really nice to meet you all.

Hmm. Depends on the pokemon, really. Mine, for example, likes to play with shadows and ah...pull pranks. Did the PokeBit give any clues?

"No... It just details what they are, what they eat, how to keep them healthy. But nothing about toys."

"Hmm...well, from what I can gather, its hands aren't much for anything man-made. You've tried the usual gambit of games, then? Squeaky toys, fetch, and so on?"
