[ The screen flips on to the sight of blue, pupil-less eyes staring at it. Audino peeks in it curiously, but its ears perk at the sound of Konoka's voice saying "Wait a minute, Momo-han!" It smiled before backing off and letting Konoka appear to take the device, setting it on top of a desk. It revealed that Konoka's not home, but rather in her shop in Everglade. There's two Pokemon with her; the Audino immediately settling in her lap and the Pancham apparently tidying up a nearby stand. ]

Hey! Turns out Pokemon make for pretty fun pets and partners! It's amazing how much better I can heal others with Momo-han's help! She's my Audino! I've healed a massive dragon before, but surprisingly smaller creatures can be a little trickier since I can't go full blast except once a day.

And the cute little bear thing over there I've christened him Negi-kun! That bold little brother demeanor, his ability to fight... it's amazing!

[ Someone who knows her might be wondering where her Eevee is. It was the first pokemon she had been seen with, terrifying Larvitar aside (she was still sporting the bow from the damage it had done earlier). ]

I wonder, where's...!

[ But the unasked question is answered in the form of a black shape hopping on the desk. Red eyes regarded the camera, its body adorned with gold markings that seemingly glowed. ]

Wah! Yuunagi-han! Quit surprising me like that!

[ This was her Eevee, now an Umbreon. ]

I was surprised when my Eevee changed! She was fighting all those ghosts in Everglade one night and suddenly changed to look like this! She's very protective of me...

[ Umbreon decided that Konoka's feet made for the perfect napping spot and settled there, regardless of Konoka's opinion. ]

Seems to do what she wants otherwise, though.

[Chiaki appears on the feed, looking rather curious about the evolution of Eevee. Her own Eevee was still an Eevee.]

That form of Eevee is an interesting one. Mine stayed the same the whole time.

[Which she was glad at because she didn't know which form she wanted, so it was better this way.]

But I guess it went that way because Everglade always looks like it's night time... Or it was actually nighttime.

She really is, huh? I was never expecting her to be all cool and dark like this!

[ Konoka took the device and pointed it down at Yuunagi. Her Umbreon was seemingly already dozing. ]

That might have been it.

I'm not the only one who ended up with one of those?

[There's an Umbreon draped across her own lap. Needless to say, she was also very surprised when it evolved. She's not even sure how any of that works.]

Oh, you have one too? Neat! Maybe it has something to do with night? Yuunagi is more active at night.

I suppose that's possible. Mine changed at night too.

[She's not exactly sure how that even worked. It just...happened.]

You named yours already?

I suppose so.

[ Did she name hers too fast? ]

I only recently gave her that name because she reminded me of an old friend of mine. She had a sword with the same name.

Oh. I haven't though of a name for this one.

[She's not even sure if she should.]

And what if he doesn't like the name I give him?

Well, most Pokemon aren't picky, from what I heard. They'll happily accept any name you take.

That form is pretty cool. But then again I think they are all pretty cool.

[She nodded slightly, she believes it was it. She had no way of actually proving it though. But she was very much aware.]

You know anyone who has the other forms? Maybe Yuunagi-han can make new friends!

[Oh no, Umbreon's a dark type! It turned evil! Everglade must have infected it with its ambient wickedness. Alas. Still, he likes that it wants to beat up ghosts. A healthy hobby in his book.]

Eevee, eh? A normal type, if I recall correctly. How did it manage?

[He's always down for strategy in that department. Normal types were immune to ghost moves, which is great, but it goes both ways. How did...Yuunagi tip the scales? Biting?]

A little over a week...almost two?

[She hasn't really been keeping track. Everything's just so overwhelming.]

For some reason, ghosts hate being bitten. Larvitar knew it since he hatched, Eevee imitated him after a while and took it to new heights.

Everglade must have meant it got gloomy at some point, but...

[ She looked down at Yuunagi for a moment. ]

She doesn't seem gloomy, just nonchalant.

Are you staying somewhere? I know there's an Amagi Inn if you need to get yourself sorted out for a job first.

I'm not sure of who might, I've not seen any of them personally.

[Which is a shame really.]

No doubt, both teeth and darkness don't seem to agree with them, contrary as it is to what I thought I knew of ghosts. Being so thoroughly 'dark' herself, she's certainly become an expert. I wonder what else there's to know about Umbreon?

[Despite Konoka likely having done this already, out comes the PokeBit. Some furious typing, then reading, later...]

"Mmm....hahaha, oh my. Well, I'm very glad it's so relaxed; wouldn't want it to sweat poison on you, eh?"

Ah! I forgot it could do that!

[ Because said information was in a little blurb between blurbs, and what had stuck out in her mind was its ability to lurk in the dark and strike fear in the hearts of those who encounter it. ]

But Pokemon in general are capable of powerful and dangerous things, so I have to be careful. Even Momo han could do some real damage if I'm not too careful, though she's less inclined to.

Haha, well, that would sound very contradictory for a healer. [He's a little jealous on that one; he would've loved someone like Audino. Hopefully Vileplume will learn aromatherapy somehow...] Then again, you're not entirely unused to destruction yourself, eh?
