[Audio To Jaune]

Hey, I'm taking Yang and Blake shopping today. You get ready and come with us.

You could say no, but we might break in and just drag you off with us anyways.

[Audio to Blake]

Blake, Are you busy today?

You better not be because Yang, Jaune and I are going shopping and you're coming too!

Be ready in like an hour, an hour and a half tops.

[Audio to Yang]

[You know, it would be easy to just get up and walk over Yang's room and tell her the plan, but Ruby's already on the phone so why bother getting up?]

Yaaaaaaang! We're going shopping with Jaune and Blake today, get ready!

[OOC: I'll throw a prompt or two up for Ruby in the mall. If anyone wants to make their own feel free. Anyone else feel free to jump in too!]

Tudawh?

[Yang leans back from where she's standing next to the bathroomm sink, a toothbrush sticking out of her mouth. Shopping? Yay! She beams and nods vigorously.]

Mmkuh! Buhweddahinnafwuh?

[Brush brush brush. ...Just in case there were any doubts these two are related.]

[What? Shopping? Today?]

Um... okay.

[Maybe she can find a book store and just... stay there.]

[See Ruby browse. See Ruby pick up a handful of DVDs. Mainly action flicks, along with a couple comedies. As the leader of Team RWBY she needed to be prepared for anything, that included stormy evenings, blizzards, or just not wanting to go out in the first place. She figured having a good stock of movies to watch in case that happened would be a smart move.

She's just about to go to the cash when another movie catches her eye. She'll slide over and look it over for a moment.]

Sharknado? Oh wow. Sharks in a tornado? This looks so cool...

[Need a break from shopping already? Why not stop by the food court and grab a burger? Or a slice of Pizza? Maybe a Pita?

Visit Ruby while your at it. She's found herself a table and has delicious sandwich and some cookies.]

[Ruby'll hope up and down excitedly when Yang agrees with her plan.]

Alright! You get ready and I'll ...Try and track down my other boot.

[Ruby is meanwhile pacing around the apartment with one boot on, trying to track down the other. She could have sworn she took it off at the door. Why wasn't it there? It's not like it grew legs and walked away... Or did it?!]

Ugh... Why does this always happen?

[That's is certainly what's happening today. Ruby may have forgotten to give anyone notice.]

Great. We'll swing by to pick you up as soon as I find out where I put my boot...

...This apartment isn't even that big! Where could it have gone!?

Ivvitunduhduhbuh?

[Yang points helpfully at the bed, then finishes her brushing to spit, rinse, and fluff her hair. Switching off the light, she strides back into the main room to start pulling on her own boots. Definitely jacket weather too, she decides.]

Check by the alarm clock too.

[One of them may or may not have grabbed the nearest possible object to fling at the offensive contraption.]

Whatcha got there?

[Yang is having a harder time finding things to buy, since most of the bands and films are those she's never seen before. But if a movie looked like it had a lot of action and some good looking guys, she snagged it. ...As a result, she's got more than a few movies with Vin Diesel and The Rock. But now she's beholding the glory of Sharknado.]

Oooooooooooooooo. We are SO watching this tonight!

[Yang pulls out a chair and slides into it, placing her tray of Not-Really-Chinese food on the table. Still, fried noodles are always good, and she's got plenty of protein and vegetables to go with it.]

I'm glad we did this. How long has it been since I took you shopping anyway?

[She sips from her soda before digging in with gusto.]

Shopping? Really? Well sure, I guess I could pick a few things up. [Shopping? With girls? Oh brother...]

[Jaune wasn't picking up many movies. He liked action, and comedies, and that meant whatever he even thought about watching, Yang and Ruby had already picked it up. They were grabbing up any title with big explosions and lots of fighting, and that... well that was awesome.

Sometimes he forgot that when it came to being girls, Ruby and her sister weren't the most girly one could get.

Still, he was looking around at his own stuff for a while - mosty steamy romances. Not because he liked that kinda thing, but there were always provocative images on the covers. After a while he wandered over to Ruby to look at what she was looking at in particular.]

Whoa. Sharks IN a tornado? That sounds awesome!

[Jaune's a traditional sort of guy - and we're not talking about his sword. Sitting with Ruby, he has fries, a soda, and a burger. It's simple, it's classic. He digs into a bite of the burger immediately upon sitting, and helps it down with a sip from his drink cup.]

So this isn't so bad so far. I thought you were going to buy all sorts of girly stuff.

[Phew, a moment to himself. As much as he liked following the girls around, he didn't like it so much when it was "Jaune carry this," or "Jaune stay and wait for us" and "Jaune you can't come with us to buy underwear." Pff. Well, he's gone and found his little slice of mall pie - the video game store.

Oh and there were so many too! But Jaune in particular is wasting his time trying out one of the demo stands. He could really resonate with this one - some game about a guy in a green hat with a sword and shield. It was pretty cool, albeit cartoony.

Maybe someone else likes games as much as he does? Or maybe one of the girls would end up finding him and dragging him away. Better enjoy it while it lasts, Jaune!]

The bed? Why would it be over there?

[She'll shrug and start to look around there anyways. It's not around it, or by the alarm clock.

As a last ditch effort she'll crouch down and take a underneath the bed. Oh there it is. She'll crawl under and grab the once lost but now found boot and pull it out.]

Found it!

...I have no idea how it even got there...

[Ruby holds the movie up to her sister, very proud that she found this little gem.]

We're going to need a lot of popcorn.

Did you find anything good?

[She's just trying to include you Jaune.]

That's the spirt! You get yourself ready and we'll come grab you before we head out.

...Jaune, if you were a boot... where would you hide?

It's like the two coolest things in the world wrapped into one movie, how can you go wrong?

[She noticed he didn't really have a whole lot picked out.]

[Ruby actually has to think on that one for a little bit.]

I could have sworn we went sometime after we started at Beacon. ...I can't remember for sure, either way it's been months and that's waaaaay too long.

[Wow. Ruby's can't compete with how fast Yang can eat, and Ruby can eat pretty fast.]

[Ruby'll glance down at the bags of stuff she's already picked up. She's got a few new outfits, some movies, a couple albums that caught her eye and an adorable little wolf plushy she found in a toy store.]

Sounds like you were prepared for the worst. I'm sure you could have found a bunch of manly things to buy too.

A boot? Hm... [He actually considers the question for a while.] Well if I WAS a boot and didn't want to be worn, I'd hide wherever feet would never find me.

[Jaune laughs a little, but then moves on to his noticeable lack of things.] Well you see all the things you have there? Yeah, those look pretty cool. But if you buy them, I don't really have to! I'll just borrow them sometime.

I guess I could look at some cartoons and TV show series... But I don't really do dramas or horrors, you know?

[Jaune chuckles and shrugs.] I'm... not much of a shopper. It's a guy thing, I think.

[Jaune does have a bag of stuff though - particularly some new jeans, an assortment of underwear, and video games... because always video games. His jeans, of course, are vintage... basically meaning they came with holes in them. Yes! He actually wore them faded and torn like that on purpose.]

[The Ice King loved a good spending spree every now and then. There were always so many things he needed whenever he finally got out! Like pens, toilet paper, wigs... And the mall was a treasure trove of good stuff.

Upon arriving he had met Marceline, who wanted to go shopping because she went and got her clothes all wet. So, the Ice King was in one of many clothing stores, looking around at his own stuff while Marcy went and did... whatever it was girls do.

He had a nice, pink feathery boa wrapped around his neck and was checking himself out in the mirror.]

Oh yeah, look at you! You sexy piece of King. <3 [He puts on a higher-pitched voice and flutters his eyelashes at his reflection while clasping his hands together - which of course does the same thing back.] Oh Ice King, you can accessorize so good. We should go shopping together, and you can give me fashion tips!

[Normal voice.] Sure thing toots. Just call me Fashion King - or sweetie, if you prefer.

[Girly voice.] Oh my~ But nothing too risqué... sweetie~

[Normal voice.] Ohhh, hmhmhmhm! No promises... [WINK]

[Man, what a weirdo!]

[Funny how Yang never said she was carrying the things she'd gotten. That's because she wasn't. Why? Because Jaune's a sucker for someone with a good-looking face (and body) and enough flirty confidence to pretty much make him do whatever they want.

Stupid sexy Yang.

So he was carrying it all. Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson, Brendon Fraiser, and so many others. They were cluttered in his arms, because carrying them in a stack would be too easy.]

Oh she found stuff alright. Good? I dunno. But there's a lot of it. [He dropped one, so he awkwardly shuffled and squat down to pick it back up.]

[Well, it's not like she had a whole lot to do. It... might be fun.]
