[Colette’s enjoying her day off. She spent a few hours in the park in Genessia City with her pokemon, picked up some groceries at the local mart in Fayren, cooed over the rabbits at the new Bunny Poof Cafe in Nova City, and Pokesat for Kay and Cassian in Attleton, so she might be spotted in any part of Genessia today. She also might have tripped down the stairs of the Dancing Donner and broke the wall, so patrons might have seen her apologizing profusely to the owner or might have noticed the distinctive Colette-shaped cutout at the the base of the stairs.]

[Colette starts the video with a cheerful wave.]

Hi there! For those of you who don’t know me, my name’s Colette! I currently live in the Dancing Donner at Fayren, but I think I need to move out. I have three pokemon [she points the camera to where her buneary, poochyena, and emolga are sleeping on the couch before it spins back on her] and I just don’t have enough space for them, so I’m looking to move soon. I was thinking maybe someone was looking for a roommate? I’d rather stay in Fayren, but I’m willing to move if someone really wants to live somewhere else. I’ll of course help pay rent and buy groceries, clean, and whatever else is needed.

[Chiaki for once is spending her day in the park, sitting on a near by bench. However the thing she always does; playing video games was still there. Her Pokemon gather around and simply watching her.

After a moment or two, she looked up finally looking away after being there for three hours. When she saw the other playing with their Pokemon she smiled slightly.]

I guess this park is the top place to take Pokemon after all.

[Colette had noticed the other girl there when she first arrived, but she looked busy so she had decided to leave her alone. After getting thoroughly distracted by her pokemon, though, Colette had kind of forgotten she was there, and startles when Chiaki speaks up suddenly. She recovers quickly, however, and smiles at her.]

Yeah, they really like it here! There's lots of space for them to run and play or just sleep in the sun.

[She nodded slightly. Her pokemon liked it here as well, she at least knew that. But as she looked at her pokemon, she slowly realised they hadn't been playing at all, instead, they had focused on her. Frowning for a brief moment she looked at each and every one of them.]

You know you could have gone to play right?

[For now she put her game away, she figured she would need to play with them again instead of relying on them to play alone from time to time.]

Yeah, though I find if I'm not playing with them, they don't seem to play.

That's because they want to play with you! They might play on their own for a bit, but it's more fun if we all play together.

[At least, she thinks it is. She's no expert on the subject but it can't hurt, right? Besides, they seemed like they were having fun.]

Do you usually play on that thing when you bring them here?

I know, but sometimes I have to focus on something.

[If only for a few minutes to finish a level every so often.]

I guess it means we have a very close friendly bond, which is a great thing. But at the same time, I wish they could play with others or with each other now and again when I am unable to.

Hmm... Well maybe they'd like to play with my Pokemon? They get along really well with most others.

[At least, they did with the zoo at the SoCaKa house.]

Maybe, I mean they don't interact with other Pokemon much after all and that is my fault.

[She felt bad for not integrating them as much. She had put her game away for the time being in order to fuss the Pokemon for a moment or two.]

Will you guys play with other Pokemon, it will be fun and you get to make lifelong friends that way. [The Pokemon nodded slightly, it looks like they were up for it at least.]

[Colette brightens and turns to her three.]

You guys want to make some new friends? [They all look pretty excited and move towards Chiaki's pokemon, so she's counting that as a yes.]

I'm Colette, by the way.

I'm Chiaki.

[her Pokemon seem happy at the thought of friends. Nervous, but perfectly okay with it. More so when watching their master talk to someone they didn't know. it was okay if she was okay with it after all.]

I guess my Pokemon want to make friends now too.

That's great! My pokemon love to socialize with others, so maybe they all do? We can set-up play dates for them! Oh! I wonder if Cassian and Kaytoo would want to have their pokemon come out too? They get along really well with mine, and I'm sure they'd like yours too. We could have a party for them!

[She's getting very excited about the idea even though she has no idea what a pokemon party would entail.]

Maybe having a huge Pokemon gettogether can be fun and the people who have Pokemon could then make friends, or potentially make friends with one another.

[Chiaki sounded into the idea at least and seemed excited about it.]

[Colette gasps excitedly.]

That's a great idea! We could all meet new people and pokemon. We could have games and prizes - and lots of toys and berries for the pokemon, too. And maybe we could have a talent show or a showcase of some sort so we can all see the amazing things they can do!

Yeah and that way we can have fun and they get to have even more fun!

[Chiaki seemed happy with the idea, but she did have one thought and that was the obvious when was the best time to do such a thing.]

Though when would it happen is the question.

Hmmm... Well we'll need time to plan it all out so not too soon... Maybe in a couple of months? ~~or longer since this thread is so old~~ Where do you think we should hold it?

Hmmm, it depends on certain things. We would need a time when we are both able to do it so we would need to figure that out.

Maybe after the holidays? I know people get busy around then but afterwards works for people sometimes.

How about...January then? Things should have died down a bit by then.

January could work! It'll be really nice if it snows that that the ice pokemon could play outside comfortably.

Who knows what will happen. But at least now we have a date. Just need to think of an exact date closer to the time.

Yeah, we can figure out the details once we get closer to January then. I don't know what other holidays are when, so we should find out if anyone has anything planned so that they don't conflict.

I know of a few holidays, but you'll figure them out sooner rather than later. It will be a fun experience.

[She smiled happily going to her pokemon.]

I should my friends back home. They will be tried soon.

Yeah, I'm sure I'll learn them all soon! I just have to make it a full year first.

[She glances at the sky. It's later than she thought it was.]

Oh, I'm sorry! I didn't realize it had gotten so late. I'll let you go then, but it was really nice to meet you!

It was nice meeting you as well.

[Chiaki waved happily before she headed off.]
