4th Campaign - Backdated May 20th
Attleton Battle Colosseum
Satsuki asked for a considerable amount of time; part of this was because she wanted the massive Colosseum to be constructed in a very particular fashion, but it also had to be done on a fairly strict budget.
The arena is currently structured to take the appearance of a shipping factory. There are conveyor belts and steps all about the arena, going upward or downward, some ending in pitfalls (where an even thicker maze of belts reside), others simply go into one wall and make whatever is on it come out the other. Also carefully placed along the floor are four to seven foot tall, wooden loading crates. They're either stacked atop one another, or they've been placed upon the belts to shift about to and fro.
There are a few forklift trucks and grapple trucks about. At the opposite end of the entrance elevator is a large, blue crane machine.
In the end it isn't as grandiose as the Council President would have originally liked, but for it's intended purpose, it would have to do. After all, what is really the most important task today is bringing an end to Kazuya Mashima's nonsense. Despite this being a big, expensive waste of time, in her mind, her hand is forced. Her lack of a grand entrance is proof of that, as she waits patiently for the other atop the third floor stairwell.
In the long term, at least, it would be worthwhile. She'll teach him a lesson he won't soon forget. Assuming he hasn't changed his mind.

"Quite the impressive playground you've built, girl. A shame it won't last."
With that, he hopped off the structure he'd been standing on, falling to the ground and immediately assuming a fighting stance.

Once he drops to the ground, Satsuki crosses her arms with her usual frown. "I would say so, just yet." Perhaps to not be outdone, Satsuki snaps her fingers, and a blue intermodel container lowers via a crane from above.
"You have been granted a day to reconsider your twisted and unhealthy beliefs, Kazuya. You have been granted a day to see things from your target's perspective. Now I shall ask you one more time that you stand down on your ideals, and recognize your line of thinking for what it is!" she says as her eyes narrow.
