[The video begins with a white-furred, smiling anthropomorphic bat, the back of her hand poised beneath her chin as she looks forward, intrigued.]

Well well well, I can't say I expected to find myself in another world today, but what can you do, I suppose? My name is Rouge the Bat, and I figured that my friend and I might as well introduce myself.

[She looks "off camera" for a moment, towards someone who can't be seen.]

Shadow, come and make a greeting, like we talked about.

[A male voice, most likely “Shadow” simply makes a annoyed grunt before actually talking. While staying out of frame.]

I do believe you just decided to do this on your own, Rouge.

[That’s when the voice actually gets on camera, letting all see the anthropomorphic black and red furred (with white chest fluff) hedgehog. Who looks so very very not amused by this situation at all.]

[The bat just sighs, shaking her head, before continuing.]

Nevermind all that, Shadow. Introductions are important.

[She turns back to the screen.]

That's Shadow the Hedgehog, everybody. Isn't he charming? Anyway, considering the two of us are new here and stuck here fore the foreseeable future, I suppose we'd like to know anything that's useful that isn't already shared in the welcoming pamphlet. Though I understand if there's not, it's quite thorough. I'd ask about getting home too, but it seems that's something that's not really easily figured out.

... Is there anything in particularly you'd like to ask, Shadow?

[Shadow says nothing, just giving the device and Rouge a dirty look. Most likely for much too long before he says one simple word.]

... Right. Well, I suppose that's it, then. We look forward to any of you getting back to us.

If anything, abnormal events happens around the cities time to time both harmless and not. It lasts at least for a week.

And there's a welcome center a couple blocks from the Bay mostly the same information the pamphlet covered.

But what do you mean "abnormal events"? We're no stranger to those.

In a time frame, each city will be effected with... something. For October, Nova City changed anyone who arrived there into monsters, Genessia streets roamed with monsters, Attleton showed your fear, and so on.

Sometimes it would be one city effective for a period of time.

It goes more in depth about each city, what they have, like any visiting center. Maybe to help decide where to live.

But the information you both are looking for won't be there.

Everglade tends to attract all sort of undead, so of the cities in their 'natural' state when strange events aren't going on, it is the most dangerous.

Wow, I've never seen a bat person or a porcupine person... [ She smiled. ] Gosh, you see all sorts of new people even a year plus in.

Undead, you say? Well, I've dealt with ghosts before, so that's not too unsual...

Zombies, too? There are also vampires... most of them aren't any more or less dangerous than your average human, but I know of one who's seriously bad news.

I think you can also look for bounties in all the cities, if you're more action hero than a stable job holder.

So I guess whatever vampires and zombies here are new to us.

Bounty hunter, huh? That's a bit of a step down from secret agent.

Like I mentioned to your friend, I've seen a lot, but not nearly enough to be close to "everything".
