(VIDEO)
[The video initializes to show a serious expression, strong but delicate features, white-blond hair, and long pointed ears. Only his right eye is visible, a glowing green orb shining with carefully controlled anger, the other hidden behind an eyepatch of simple leather, a long thin scar can be seen both above and below the patch. If anything, it only adds to his expression of irritation. Though still annoyed, he seems satisfied the device he's holding turned on, at least. He pulls the device back, and though not much of his attire can be seen, what is visible is hardened leather of reds and golds.]
Hear me. [His voice is even, slightly accented, and authoritarian without being domineering.] I am Lor'themar Theron, Regent Lord of Quel'Thalas. That probably means nothing to most of you. If it by chance does, I insist you respond quickly. If it does not, your information would be welcome, unless the meager offerings of Weiss' recording are all the knowledge you've gathered on this place, in which case, I believe we're all doomed.
(ACTION - BAY TO THE TEMPORARY HOUSING)
After disabling the device, the broad-shouldered, serious-faced elf with exceptionally long ears and one glowing green eye took up the map he was given and followed began to trace his brightly recommended route to his (hopefully very) temporary housing. He's familiar enough with goblin mechanics to follow what the cars are, though these are far less noisy and seem far less likely to explode at any moment, to say nothing for the improvement of the smell.
The entire city seemed built by some rather industrious people, but certainly not goblins. It was far too symetrical, and far less likely to topple in a strong breeze. He found the temporary housing easily enough, and found himself wondering with whom he'd be sharing quarters for the time-being, giving the grounds a curious exploration before finding his provided room. He'd been kidnapped before, left to rot in an amani dungeon. This...was almost pleasant. That couldn't bode well.
(OOC: Feel free to run into Lor'themar anywhere along his route including at the temp housing! Also, if you prefer brackets, I'm down with that!)

I...don't believe we are doomed, but...we could be stuck here for a while.

I gathered that much. [He frowns, heaving a sigh.] Are you admitting none of you have learned anything about his place?

[Look, he doesn't know what one calls the Regent Lord. Lord Theron? Sir Theron?
Beats the hell out of him!]
I see you've watched the hologram. There is reading material not far away from the cave, actually, if you're feeling studious tonight. There have been a few small updates since the hologram was made.
I think, at least.

So I saw. [There's a brief pause before he continues.] And these pamphlets are updated, I assume?
Re: voice
If not, I'll be more than happy to explain things to you. What in particular would you like to know?

Though the green glowing eye? A bit... unsettling, considering.
So, at some point along his trek for the temporary housing, a well-armored and armed Inquisitor ended up trailing behind him, astride the gruesome bog unicorn. Not a subtle way of getting a better look, but a better reaction than her first impulse would have been -- which had been to grill him over the network.

He'd yet to see one of them neglect to remove the weapon used to fell the beast from its head before reanimating it, but perhaps it was some sort of status symbol. Who was he to say? That glowing green orb moved over her features and that of her...horse before returning to its rider.
"One for entrances, are you?"

"Doomed" is a heavy word, implying we're in a situation where our untimely demise is laid upon a predetermined course.
No, I do believe Genessia isn't so much the end times as it is, at best, a chance at a alternative life, or even a second chance at life for those who were slain in their original worlds.
Or, at worse, we're all just rats in a cage and made to dance for our unseen emotion-eating masters in the goopy beyond.
Video;
[He doesn't seem at all put off by her appearance, but that may be simply because he's not expecting anything normal after the welcome he's received.]
"Emotion-eating monsters?" It sounds like you know something about this place after all.
Re: Video;
[She begins to recite his earlier statement in the best impression of him a girl her size can manage.]
"...unless the meager offerings of Weiss' recording are all the knowledge you've gathered on this place, in which case, I believe we're all doooooooomed~"
[Stifling a giggle, she continues.]
Yes. It's recent history, even. If you go as far out as you can, you'll run into a huge mass of wibbly-wobbly, soupy-goopy stuff acting as a barrier. It's strongly suggested that you don't touch it.
On the outside are creatures that feed on who you are, and they have broken through the barriers twice already.

[ Yeah she's had a bad couple of weeks and had heard this complaint that she didn't info dump for two hours in the welcome message before, so she's not exactly going to sound welcoming here. ]

[ Soft, friendly smile. ]
I can see that Weiss Schnee already responded to your transmission.
[ Tilts his head in curiosity ]
If you're still in need of more information, however - I can direct you towards good places to gather it.
Fortunately, the people here seem to have been working hard on compiling intelligence on our current situation.
[ Unless he'd prefer to bark orders and have the data spoon-fed to him. ]

[ He shrugs, seems to look a little helpless. ]
Which, honestly I can't blame them for. Without information, trying to just - attack the barriers or something - might prove suicidal.

[Especially with the Dead Scar and Ghostlands encroaching there. And then there's the Sunwell isle to consider... The Aspect of Life has a long to-do list.]
Do not give up on this place so soon, Lord Regent.
[Look, someone he'll show respect to!]
I haven't. Things are...dire on Azeroth to say the least. I have no time for these games. Surely you can commiserate.
[She blinks for a moment, cocking her head to one side, visibly concerned.]
The Lich King's threat has been contained, as far as I'm aware, Azeroth is experiencing a rare moment of peace. Has something transpired while I was overseeing Wyrmrest that my flight has not told me of yet?

A map. The rest will wait until I'm not standing idly on a street corner.
Video
[It might help him.]
I believe there are simple maps of Genessia at the stand near the bay.
