[A familiar yet unfamiliar mask appears on the network. It resembles the cyborg Grievous but this has a more organic look, the mask made of bone and what skin could be glimpsed was alien and not metal - a rusty reddish hue of skin. While most of this face was covered, those yellow eyes were exactly the same. A long black braid of hair lay down one shoulder before his head turned and it slipped behind his back as he began to speak.]

The wars are over and yet there are continued disturbances around our cities.

Do not fear, citizens of Nova and beyond. Your Guardians and deputies, including myself, are always watching and will continue to protect you all.

[The voice was also familiar with its rough tones but the filtered electronic edge was gone. He spoke with dignity and surety. This is Grievous yet not - from a time and timeline before he ever took that name or became a cyborg.]

Of course, because people never truly change. Deep down no one is a nice person even when they act like it.

Yet some do have other's best interests in their sights.

Yet things aren't as simple as the word best interests imply things are 100% good and right. They are doing the right thing because it's for the good of all.

So I will bring this up. Say the best interests is to continuously punish a person for as you put it 'the others best interests' and to make people happy.

But that person has done nothing wrong. All they have done is simply be around. Would you do it?

That is very vague. If they have done nothing wrong then there should be no punishments.

Why would the people be happy with punishing the innocent?

Sometimes things don't make sense, but they are done regardless.

Like my example. It seems odd to have to do it, but the fact of the matter is because of their belief in that punishing that child will bring them happiness because if not only bad things happen.

Even if said child has done nothing wrong. So I ask again if you could bring happiness to a whole country by punishing the said child, would you?

[The young man on the video looks pretty similar to Jaune, for the most part, but he's missing his normal armor, and much of his body is covered. What isn't though, starting on the right side of his neck are scars. They look like burn scars but they branch out into fractals as if struck by lightning, weaving up his jaw and side of his face to distinctly yellow eye that's jarring against his left which is its normal blue shade.]

[He can recall enough to know that Jaune appears... wrong somehow. Those scars...]

[From what he remembers, the other Grievous is much cooler. This one seems too peaceful. Too complacent. People have always reassured others with empty promises, only to never follow through.
